the central support (3) comprising a lateral surface (35), from which the flexible elements (2) extend, which is inclined with respect to the axis (40) of rotation of the shaft (4).
Loading table roller brush assembly
A transport roller brush assembly that includes a base that is constructed to support a plurality of brush wires such that the plurality of brush wires are oriented to extend in a radial direction relative to an axis of rotation of an underlying material transport roller. The base is preferably split into at least two arcuate portions that can be removeably secured to one another preferably via cooperation of a plurality of collar or collar portions and such that the respective and preferably two arcuate portions generally circumscribe a transport roller when the base is secured thereto. Discrete brush assemblies are preferably provided in a plurality of inner and outer radial dimensions such that roller brush assemblies as disclosed herein can be used with transport rollers of various outer radial dimensions.
KIT WITH ELECTRICALLY ENERGIZED ROTARY BRUSH FOR CLEANING SHOE SOLES
A kit for cleaning an object such as the soles of shoes having debris accumulated during use. The kit includes a carrying case that accommodates a cleaning tool. A hand-held means for generating rotational movement is adapted to spin a shaft about a driving axis. At a distal end of the shaft there is an assembly of bristles that are adapted to rotate with the shaft. The bristles engage the sole of a shoe. The bristles preferably include Nylon® or a polyester. They are flexible and tend to sweep away debris from between for example golf shoe cleats, rather than scratch or abrade the soles of the golf shoes.
Automated Toothbrush Assembly
An automated toothbrush assembly for brushing teeth includes a handle that is gripped for brushing teeth. A rotation unit is movably positioned within the handle and the rotation unit includes a drive shaft that extends outwardly through the handle. The rotation unit alternately rotates the drive shaft in a first direction and a second direction when the rotation unit is turned on. A plurality of brushing heads is provided and a respective one of the brushing heads is removably attachable to the handle to place the respective brushing head in mechanical communication with the drive shaft of the rotation. Each of the brushing heads includes a brush that has a conical shape to penetrate spaces between teeth.
Device and method for cleaning and precision machining of workpieces
A device for cleaning or precision machining of workpieces comprises a housing; a central roller having two ends supported by means of rotary bearings on carriers fixed on the housing; a first roller having a first end connected to one of the carriers by a joint and having a second end supported by means of a rotary bearing; a second roller having a first end connected to another one of the carriers by a joint and having a second end supported by means of a rotary bearing; a drive motor for rotatingly driving the first and second rollers and the central roller for treating a workpiece; a suction device for removing particles from the rollers; and at least a first and a second pinion gear coupled to the first and second rollers for angularly adjusting the first and second rollers with respect to said central roller.
Brush head for a body care device and body care device comprising the brush head
The present invention relates to a brush head (10, 10a, 10b, 10c) for use with a body care device (100), comprising a plurality of bristles (22, 22a-22e), a carrier (16) for fixedly carrying the plurality of bristles (22, 22a-22e), and connection means for connecting the carrier (16) to a housing (50) of the body care device (100) defining a first axis (14), so that, when the brush head is connected to the housing (50), the carrier (16) is rotatable about the first axis (14) and pivotable about a second axis (20) perpendicular to the first axis (14) with respect to the housing (50), wherein the carrier (16) comprises a plurality of carrier parts (17), each fixedly carrying a corresponding one of a plurality of bristle groups (26, 28, 30), and wherein at least one of the plurality of carrier parts (17) comprises a shaft defining a third axis (40, 42, 44) about which the corresponding bristle group (26, 28, 30) is rotatable.
Sonic vibration toothbrush
A sonic vibration toothbrush includes a head extending in an axial direction with a plurality of bristles implanted at an outer circumference thereof in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction; a head arm having an inner space to transmit a sonic wave to the head. A top portion of the head arm where the inner space is narrowed is coupled to the head and a motor accommodating portion that accommodates a motor therein and transmits a sonic wave generated by a rotating force of the motor to the head arm. The toothbrush further includes a handle having a space for accommodating a battery; an input unit provided at the motor accommodating portion in a button form; a display unit provided at the handle; and a control circuit that controls the motor according to input information provided from the input unit.
Roll shaft for brush roll and brush roll
The present invention provides a roll shaft having high corrosion resistance and rigidity against bending, and a brush roll comprising the roll shaft. The roll shaft 2 is for use in a brush roll 1 for brushing a strip of metal sheet. The roll shaft includes: a shaft body 7 to which multiple annular discs 4 having multiple brush bristles 5 implanted around the outer peripheral edge of the discs 4 are attached; key bases 8 attached to recessed grooves 72 provided on the outer peripheral edge of the shaft body 7, the key bases comprising keyways 80 into which insertion members 6 projecting from the inner peripheral edge of the annular discs 4 are fitted, and the key bases 8 comprising a corrosion-resistant metallic material, a corrosion-resistant alloy, or a corrosion-resistant resin material.
Rotary cleaning tool
A cleaning tool is disclosed for cleaning an object (e.g., a threaded fastener) and retaining debris from cleaning the object. The cleaning tool can comprise a housing operable to be rotated by hand or by a hand tool, and a cleaning chamber formed through the housing. A plurality of retaining cavities are formed through the housing and in fluid communication with the cleaning chamber, and a plurality of cleaning elements (e.g., shafts having bristles) are supported by respective retaining cavities, such that a portion of the cleaning elements (e.g., wire bristles) extend into the cleaning chamber for cleaning the object upon rotation of the housing relative to the object.
