METHOD FOR ACTIVATION OF CONCRETE MIXING WATER
The invention relates to a method for activation of concrete mixing water. The method includes preliminary action on the mixing water in continuous flow by pulsed high-voltage electrohydraulic discharges with supply DC voltage from 500 V to 5000 at a pulse frequency from 2 Hz to 10,000 Hz and a current from 0.1 A to 10 A on electrodes of copper and/or iron and/or titanium. Then the water is treated in a mechanical and/or ultrasonic cavitator in the developed cavitation mode and at a water pressure from 0.8 atm to 6 atm without addition of plasticizers and/or surface-active agents.

Reinforced lightweight aggregates
An aggregate includes a polymeric foam present in a range of about 80 vol % to about 85 vol % of the aggregate. A cementitious matrix is present in a range of about 10 vol % to about 13 vol % of the aggregate. One or more resins are present in an amount of less than about 2 vol % of the aggregate, and one or more reinforcing fibers are present in an amount of less than about 1 vol % of the aggregate.
COMPATIBILIZED RESIN-CEMENT COMPOSITE COMPOSITIONS
Various embodiments disclosed relate to compatibilized resin-cement composite compositions and methods of using the same. In various embodiments, the present invention provides a method of treating a subterranean formation that includes placing in the subterranean formation a resin-cement composite composition. The resin-cement composite composition includes a resin, a cement, and a substituted or unsubstituted poly(alkylamine) compatibilizer.

COARSE AGGREGATE FOR CONCRETE
Provided is a novel metallic coarse aggregate for concrete which can be used as a coarse aggregate which is one of the essential constituents of concrete, can further improve the compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete, is less likely to be sedimented in fresh concrete, and has good productivity at a low cost. The metallic coarse aggregate for concrete includes a coarse aggregate body including a spherical cap portion bonded body having two hollow spherical cap portions and an annular portion protruding from a surface of the spherical cap portion bonded body so as to surround an outer periphery of the spherical cap portion bonded body, the annular portion having a shape in which a corner of a rectangular shape is bent upward or downward.
