Archimedes brush for semiconductor cleaning
A cleaning device for cleaning a substrate is provided. In one aspect, the cleaning device includes a brush engaged with a mandrel, and the brush forms an Archimedean screw thread form. The brush is formed of an absorbent material, preferably foam. In one aspect, the brush is seated within a groove in the mandrel.
Brushing Device
A brushing device comprises a handle 1 with a brush head 2 at its lower, in use, end. The carrier carries a broom brush 3, which is extensible for sweeping dust, and a rotating brush 4 for picking up swept dust for delivery to a dust receptacle 47. The carrier 2 is a three piece injection moulding, comprised of a front cover 5, a back cover 6 and a central moulding 7. The covers are connected to the central moulding and the each other by conveniently positioned screws in integrally moulded screw bosses that do not need to be separately described, but at least some of which can be seen on the drawings. The central moulding has an upwardly open void 8 between a pair of upwardly extend, converging fingers 9, which engage in slots 10 in a tubular part 11 of a broom brush extender 12.
FLOOR BRUSH ASSEMBLY FOR VACUUM CLEANER AND VACUUM CLEANER
Provided is a floor brush assembly for a vacuum cleaner. The floor brush assembly includes a roller brush component and a driving mechanism. A roller brush body of the roller brush component is rotatably mounted in a sleeve. The roller brush body is provided with bristles arranged in an elongated shape to form a bristle portion. The sleeve of the roller brush component has an avoidance opening of an elongated shape, and the bristle portion and the avoidance opening are arranged to directly face towards each other in a radial direction of the roller brush body. A first driving member of the driving mechanism is configured to drive the roller brush body to rotate, and a second driving member is configured to drive the sleeve to rotate. The first driving member and the second driving member are eccentrically arranged to allow the bristle portion to be selectively extended or retracted through the avoidance opening.
Surface cleaning apparatus
A surface cleaning apparatus includes a housing including a base adapted for movement across a surface to be cleaned, a fluid delivery system, and a recovery system. The surface cleaning apparatus can be configured to clean multiple surfaces, including hard and soft surfaces, and for different cleaning modes, including wet cleaning, dry vacuum cleaning, and self-cleaning. A brushroll is provided on the base, along with various wipers, squeegees, and/or fluid dispensers.
Cleaner head and vacuum cleaner
A cleaner head includes a housing having a suction port facing a cleaning target surface, a first rotary brush provided in the housing, a second rotary brush provided in the housing, and a suction area provided between the first rotary brush and the second rotary brush and connecting to the suction port. The first rotary brush and the second rotary brush rotate in directions opposite to each other.
JET CLEANING STRUCTURE OF THE CLEANING ROBOT
A jet cleaning structure of a cleaning robot mainly comprising at least one jet port and one roller brush, wherein the jet port is disposed at a perimeter of a suction port at the bottom of the cleaning robot and is provided for ejecting air towards the underside of the suction port; the roller brush includes a shaft and a plurality of hard brush rods, wherein two ends of the shaft are disposed in a roller groove at the bottom of the cleaning robot, the plurality of hard brush rods is arranged in a straight or helical manner in equal parts on the shaft, when the cleaning robot is moving, the cleaning robot drives the shaft to rotate with respect to the moving direction of the cleaning robot so that the cleaning robot can use the plurality of hard brush rods to push away the fluff of the carpet and use the jet port to eject air to blow away the dust and foreign substance accumulated at the bottom of the fluff, thereby allowing the suction port disposed at the bottom of the cleaning robot to suck in the dust and foreign substance accumulated at the bottom of the fluff to the dust box and to effectively clean the carpet.
BRUSHROLL FOR VACUUM CLEANER
A brushroll dowel for a vacuum cleaner has a bristle stiffener protruding from a brush dowel. A plurality of stiffened bristles protrude from the brush dowel adjacent to the bristle stiffener, and a plurality of unstiffened bristles also protrude from the brush dowel and are non-adjacent to the bristle stiffener.
CLEANER HEAD
A cleaner head (20) for a vacuum cleaner (2), the cleaner head comprising: a housing (32) defining a suction chamber comprising an outlet (34); and an agitator element (22, 24) being mounted for rotation about an axis (R1, R2), wherein: the agitator element comprises a first, free end (26a, 26b) and a second end (28a, 28b), the agitator element has a shape which tapers towards the first end in a direction along the axis of rotation, the agitator element is cantilevered from a portion (30) of the cleaner head at the second end, and the housing comprises a side opening (36) in the housing, adjacent the first end of the agitator element.
Battery Cleaning Tool
A battery cleaning tool includes a tool body having first and second ends; an elongated cleaning head extending from the first end; and a hollow head having an interior surface with cleaning particles projecting from the interior surface toward a center of the hollow head.
Brushroll for vacuum cleaner
A brushroll dowel for a vacuum cleaner having bristle stiffeners protruding from a brush dowel. The brushroll can be made using an injection molding process, with the bristle stiffeners integrally molded with the brush dowel and a plurality of stiffened bristles protruding from the brush dowel adjacent to the bristle stiffeners.
