PAN CLEANING MACHINE AND A METHOD OF OPERATING THE MACHINE TO CLEAN PANS
The invention is directed to an improved pan cleaning machine that has a cleaning section that comprises a plurality of frames for mounting a sequence of interchangeable modular cleaning mechanisms. It can include quick-release mounting arrangements so that cleaning mechanisms can be quickly changed for cleaning different types of pans or to replace brushes or other wearing parts of cleaning mechanisms when they require replacement. In some embodiments, the frames for mounting the cleaning mechanisms can comprise swing arms so that the cleaning mechanisms can be swung away from the cleaning position so that the cleaning mechanism can be removed and replaced without interrupting the operation of the machine. If the machine is stopped, the swing arm can still be used to facilitate access to the cleaning mechanism to reduce the time needed to complete the maintenance or replacement. This also allows the position of the cleaning mechanism in relation to the baking pans to be adjustable during the cleaning process which can permit increased application of brushing forces or prevent overloading and also permits easy jam removal. In addition, the swing arm makes the pan cleaning machine more adaptable for cleaning pans with different depths and customizable. A method of operation and control, including pre-programmed cleaning cycles and various control paradigms is also provided.
Multiple mode dental device
A powered brush has two different brushes for different purposes that are selectively vibrated for powered cleaning. The brushes may be a tooth brush and an interdental brush that are separately operated at different frequencies. One or more buttons or switches provide control signals to the powered brush to selectively actuate the different brushes. A controller connects a motor to a power source such as a battery based on the control signals. The controller may include a timer for actuating the selected brush for a given time period.
Connecting element, a base unit and a cleaning head for use in an oral care appliance
A connecting element, a base unit and a cleaning head for use in an oral care appliance are disclosed. The connecting element is configured to engage operatively with the cleaning head and the base unit to form a first connection and a second connection respectively.
Skincare device
The invention is of various portable, handheld, electronic skincare devices with exterior regions that are configured to engage human skin in a manner that provides a benefit to the skin and/or to tissue proximate to the skin. The exterior regions are configured to vibrate, heat, cool, sense, and/or stimulate the skin. The generated and applied vibrations may be of predetermined and different waveforms configured to achieve a particular result, such as, applying a skincare product to the skin or loosening an element from the skin. The exterior regions may be: a plurality of touch-points, a smooth-plate, and/or a rounded and smooth base. The benefit may be of: cleansing, massaging, soothing, relaxing, loosening of sinus pressure, application of skincare product to skin, removal of skincare product from the skin, opening of skin pores, closing of skin pores, heating, cooling, wrinkle reduction, massaged lymphatic tissue, and/or drained lymphatic tissue.
Electric toothbrushes
An electric toothbrush disclosed herein includes a vibrator having a housing and a motor. The housing encloses the motor and a portion of a switch operably coupled to the motor. The electric toothbrush also includes a head portion including a brush. A cap is coupled to the head portion. The head portion and the end cap enclose the vibrator.
VIBRATORY BODY SCRUBBER
An improved apparatus and method for cleaning is provided. More specifically, the present invention provides an improved apparatus having a vibratory portion adapted to a traditional scrubber apparatus such as a body scrubber. Additionally, the present invention provides an improved apparatus and method wherein the apparatus may have at least a vibratory portion adapted to fit about the body scrubber which may be activated and/or de-activated by the user. Moreover, the apparatus may include a reservoir for storage of a cleansing agent that may be dispensed from the vibratory portion to the body scrubber portion to help facilitate cleansing of the portion of the body to be cleaned. Still further, the invention may include at least a handle assembly in combination with the vibratory portion to provide a handle for use by the individual user.
Three-sided Brush Head for Electric Toothbrushes
A three-sided brush head for electric toothbrushes comprises a C-shaped brush head body and a sleeve rod to be disposed around a power shaft of an electric toothbrush. A connecting groove is formed in a front side of the middle of the brush head body, and mounting grooves are formed in front sides of two ends of the brush head body. A back side of a top end of the sleeve rod is correspondingly mounted and integrally injection-molded in the in the connecting groove. Brush blocks are correspondingly injection-molded in the mounting grooves. Brush sets are disposed on the front side of the top end of the sleeve rod and on the brush blocks. An arc-shaped U-groove is formed in a back side of a corner of the brush head body.
Electric toothbrush brush head and electric toothbrush
The present disclosure provides a brush head of an electric toothbrush, which is detachably attached to a handle of the electric toothbrush, and the handle includes a drive shaft. The brush head includes a brush head main body, and the brush head main body has a receiving cavity along a first direction. The receiving cavity accommodates at least a part of the drive shaft. The brush head main body includes a cavity wall forming the receiving cavity and an abutment wall. The cavity wall and the abutment wall are integrally formed. When the electric toothbrush brush head is in an assembled state, the abutment wall abuts against the drive shaft under an external force. The brush head includes an elastic member. The elastic member is arranged at a position corresponding to the abutment wall.
PIVOTING BRUSH HEAD APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR CLEANING TEETH AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF
A toothbrush apparatus and system designed to simplify the cleaning of all surfaces of the teeth, by simplifying the brushing process to a single motion performed on the top and bottom rows of teeth, and thereby by reducing the cognitive difficulty of learning the brushing task. Simplification is accomplished by using a unique brush head that wraps around the teeth to cover the inside, top, and outer surface of the teeth at once, while a pivot mechanism with a restorative force component attaches the brush head to the brush stem, and allows the brush head to rotate about itself. These two elements combine to allow the brush head to glide around the teeth like a train on a track as the brush is moved around the mouth.
VIBRATING TOOTHBRUSH AND ECCENTRIC SHAFT
A vibrating toothbrush and an eccentric shaft are proposed. The vibrating toothbrush includes a head in which bristles are planted, and a handle from which a head coupler protrudes, the head being detachably coupled to the head coupler. The toothbrush includes an electric motor accommodated in the handle to generate rotating force; and an eccentric shaft rotatably connected to the electric motor, at least a portion thereof being eccentric to generate vibration and thereby transmit vibration to the head coupler. The eccentric shaft includes a motor fixing part connected to the electric motor; an eccentric weight configured to be offset from a rotation center of the electric motor; and a rotating shaft formed of a metal material, and connecting the motor fixing part and the eccentric weight.
