DETANGLING HAIRBRUSH
A hairbrush includes features that enable an individual to firmly grip and maintain a firm grip on the hairbrush as it is used to brush tangled and/or thick hair. Such features may include an indentation in a back surface of a head of the hairbrush and one or more recesses in sides of the periphery of head at locations adjacent to a base of the head (i.e., near a handle of the hairbrush). Methods of grasping such a hairbrush are also disclosed. In addition, hairbrushes with bristles that oscillate, vibrate, rotate, or otherwise move to facilitate their movement through tangled hair are disclosed.
Jewelry Cleaning Device
A jewelry cleaning device includes a housing, a cleaning mechanism, and a ring holder. The ring holder can be moveable with respect to the housing among at least two positions. The ring holder can include a moveable grip. The housing can include an upper housing assembly and a lower housing assembly. The upper housing assembly can include a lid moveable with respect to an upper housing between an open position and a closed position. The upper housing assembly can move with respect to the lower housing assembly between an open position and a closed position.
Electric toothbrush head
Provided is an electric toothbrush head including a brush body and an inserting block. A receiving cavity is provided in a lower part of the brush body and is inserted by the inserting block; the inserting block is provide internally with a machine core channel into which a vibrating- machine core is inserted; a pin is provided in the brush body, is inserted in an upper part of the inserting block, and fixedly connects the upper part of the inserting block with the brush body; a bottom abutment ring is formed on a bottom of the inserting block and is located below the brush body; the upper part of the inserting block is in fixed connection with the brush body via the pin, and the bottom of the inserting block abuts against the bottom of the brush body via the bottom abutment ring.
SKIN TREATMENT DEVICE
The present invention is concerned with a skin treatment device, comprising a shaver handle housing, a detachable brush head pivotably supported by the shaver handle housing about at least one brush head pivot axis (I) and a gearing mechanism. The shaver handle housing comprises a drive unit for driving at least one drive pin in a rotatory oscillating manner with a first amplitude about an oscillation axis (II) which is at least substantially perpendicular to the at least one brush head pivot axis (I). The brush head comprises a brush rotatable about a brush axis (III) which is at least substantially perpendicular to the at least one brush head pivot axis (I). The brush comprises at least one driven element coupled to the at least one drive pin by means of the gearing mechanism, wherein the gearing mechanism translates the rotatory oscillating movement of the drive pin into a rotatory oscillating movement of the driven element with a second amplitude which is smaller than the first amplitude of the drive pin.
Oral Care System and Method for Promoting Oral Hygiene
In one embodiment, an oral care system is disclosed that includes an oral care device and at least one programmable processor. The oral care device includes a head having a reference face, a light source, at least one orientation sensor generating orientation data corresponding to orientation measurements of the reference face during a freeform oral care routine, and at least one optical sensor generating optical sensor data representing optical feedback resulting from the light from the light source being incident upon sections of the oral cavity. The processor, based on the orientation data, determines which optical sensor data corresponds with which of the sections of the oral cavity. For each section of the oral cavity, based on the corresponding optical sensor data, the processor determines an oral care characteristic.
COMPACT TOOTHBRUSH WITH GIMBLE-MOUNTED VIBRATION MOTOR
An electronic toothbrush including a toothbrush head assembly extending in an axial direction. The toothbrush head assembly has a toothbrush head supporting a plurality of bristles oriented in a direction transverse to the axial direction. A motor cup assembly includes a motor cup and a shaft member extending into a neck portion of the toothbrush head assembly. An electric vibration motor is secured by the motor cup. A handle housing circumscribes the motor cup, a chassis structure and control electronics. A gimbal arrangement includes a gimbal pin oriented substantially perpendicular to the axial direction and received by the chassis structure. The gimbal arrangement constrains vibrational displacement of the shaft member arising from vibrational energy produced by the electric vibration motor to within a plane substantially normal to a longitudinal axis of the gimbal pin. The shaft member causes the toothbrush head assembly to be displaced within the plane.
Oral Care System
An oral care system with coaching features. The oral care system may include indicator units to indicate to a user when plaque is present on the oral surfaces and to indicate to a user when it is time to move to a different area of the oral cavity for cleaning. The oral care system may include a feature whereby a user can silence the indicator function so as not to be alerted of the detection of plaque or other oral maladies during a cleaning session. The oral care system may include a light ring which surrounds a button on the handle to inform a user about the amount of time elapsed during a cleaning session.
Skin care device
Provided is a skin care device including at least one brush brought into contact with skin of a user, a motor configured to rotate or vibrate at least one of the at least one brush, a battery configured to supply power to the moto, a main body provided with the at least one brush disposed on one surface thereof and having an accommodation space configured to accommodate the motor and the battery therein, and a cradle having an accommodation space configured to accommodate the at least one brush and having a charging module configured to supply power to the battery.
BRUSHING PART AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE BRUSHING PART
A method for manufacturing a brushing part including the following steps: providing the support, pierced with through-holes, passing through the channel formed by the support; forming the tuft of bristles, by assembling a plurality of bristles by one end opposite the free end, so as to form a base of the tuft, so that a diameter of a section of the tuft, in a plane transverse to a direction of extension of the tuft, is greater than a diameter of a through-hole; merging the ends forming the base of the at least one tuft so that an extension of the merged zone in a direction transverse to the direction of extension of the at least one tuft is greater than an extension of the base in the transverse direction before the merging step; inserting the one tuft by force into one of the holes of the channel of the support, depositing glue and filling with resin.
Energy regenerating end effector, and associated systems and methods
A skincare device having energy regenerating end effector is presented. In one embodiment, an end effector includes an inner end effector structure configured to oscillate about an axis. The inner end effector structure includes at least one magnet and a plurality of contacting elements configured to contact skin of a user. The end effector also includes an outer end effector structure having at least one induction coil. The at least one magnet and the at least one induction coil cooperate to generate electrical current in the at least one induction coil when the end effector oscillates about the axis.
