A tool and methods of removing films from bevel regions of wafers are disclosed. The bevel film removal tool includes an inner motor nested within an outer motor and a bevel brush secured to the outer motor. The bevel brush is adjustable radially outward to allow the wafer to be inserted in the bevel brush and to be secured to the inner motor. The bevel brush is adjustable radially inward to engage one or more sections of the bevel brush and to bring the bevel brush in contact with a bevel region of the wafer. Once engaged, a solution may be dispensed at the engaged sections of the bevel brush and the inner motor and the outer motor may be rotated such that the bevel brush is rotated against the wafer such that the bevel films of the wafer are both chemically and mechanically removed.

A tool and methods of removing films from bevel regions of wafers are disclosed. Described herein are devices for cleansing the internal surface of various body cavities. The devices generally include a handle and one or more cleansing tips having different sets of cleansing surfaces. In addition to removing debris, and disrupting bacterial biofilms so as to make these bacteria more susceptible to various cleansing agents, the devices may be configured to deliver an antiseptic agent, an anti-inflammatory agent, or a fragrance to the body cavity surfaces, or deliver UV light to sanitize the surfaces. Methods for cleansing the surfaces of body cavities such as the nasal passages and vaginal cavity are also described herein. Systems including one or more cleansing devices and one or more cleansing formulations are further described.

A system and device for assisting with the cleansing of a medical component with a scrub brush is disclosed. In one embodiment, an assistive device for use with the scrub brush is disclosed. The scrub brush includes an insert disposed therein, the insert including a cleansing substance such as CHG or alcohol. The assistive device comprises a housing, a motor, a head removably supporting the scrub brush, and an interface interconnecting the motor and the head. The interface is a shaft that enables back-and-forth rotation or other movement of the head and scrub brush relative to the medical component so as to cleanse the medical component.

A system and device for assisting with the cleansing of a medical component with a scrub brush is disclosed. In one embodiment, an assistive device for use with the scrub brush is disclosed. The scrub brush includes an insert disposed therein, the insert including a cleansing substance such as CHG or alcohol. The assistive device comprises a housing, a motor, a head removably supporting the scrub brush, and an interface interconnecting the motor and the head. A dental cleaning appliance includes a handle, and a cleaning tool detachably connected to the handle. The cleaning tool includes a nozzle for delivering a burst of working fluid to the teeth of a user, a stem extending between the handle and the nozzle, and a fluid reservoir for storing working fluid. The fluid reservoir is connected to, and extends around, the stem.

The vibrating soap or lotion dispensing bath brush comprises a brush body, a bristle attachment, and a soap holder. The bath brush may be adapted to brush skin of a user with a plurality of bristles located on the bristle attachment. As a non-limiting example, the bath brush may ease the task of washing hard to reach areas, such as the user's back. The bath brush may dispense a grooming product from a product dispenser located within the brush body. As a non-limiting example, the grooming product may be liquid soap or a lotion. A bar of soap may be removably coupled to the soap holder. The bath brush may be adapted to rub the bar of soap on the skin.
