Said composition contains a polyhydroxyurethane polymer binder resulting from the reaction of at least one polyamine with at least one polycyclocarbonate. Said polycyclocarbonate was obtained by carbonating a (cyclic) poly(ether) with carbon dioxide catalyzed by said biosourced polymer.
