Further described is the use of a coating composition of the invention for producing a coating on a waterglass-bound foundry molding element and a method for producing a waterglass-bound foundry molding element (mold or core) coated with a water-containing refractory coating. Likewise specified is a kit whose contents include a coating composition of the invention.
Ceramic particle composite material
To provide a ceramic particle separable composite material having a calcium phosphate sintered body particle with which bioaffinity reduction and solubility change are suppressed as much as possible and which has a smaller particle diameter. A ceramic particle separable composite material comprising a ceramic particle and a substrate, wherein: the ceramic particle and the substrate are chemically bonded to each other, or the ceramic particle physically adheres to or is embedded in the substrate; the ceramic particle has a particle diameter within a range of 10 nm to 700 nm; the ceramic particle is a calcium phosphate sintered body particle; and the ceramic particle contains no calcium carbonate.
Article with ceramic barrier coating and layer of networked ceramic nanofibers
An article includes a substrate, a ceramic barrier coating, and a layer of networked ceramic nanofibers. The ceramic barrier coating is disposed on the substrate and has a porous columnar microstructure. The layer of networked ceramic nanofibers is disposed on the ceramic barrier layer and seals the pores of the porous columnar microstructure.
Self-healing environmental barrier coating
An environmental barrier coating, comprising a substrate containing silicon; an environmental barrier layer applied to the substrate; the environmental barrier layer comprising an oxide matrix; an oxidant getter phase interspersed throughout the oxide matrix; and a self-healing phase interspersed throughout the oxide matrix.
Coating and method for forming the same
A coating is formed on a surface of a base material of a furnace, and includes a base layer and a sliding material layer that is formed on a surface of the base layer and contains an oxide ceramic and a compound having a layered crystal structure. The sliding material layer causes the collided ashes to be slipped and facilitates the drop off of the adhered ashes. The base material forms a heat transfer tube or a wall surface of the furnace. The coating is also applied to a coal gasification furnace, a pulverized coal fired boiler, a combustion apparatus, or a reaction apparatus containing a furnace.
CERIUM-ZIRCONIUM-ALUMINUM-BASED COMPOSITE MATERIAL, CGPF CATALYST AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
A cerium-zirconium-aluminum-based composite material, a cGPF catalyst and a preparation method thereof are provided. The cerium-zirconium-aluminum-based composite material adopts a stepwise precipitation method, firstly preparing an aluminum-based pre-treated material, then coprecipitating the aluminum-based pre-treated material with zirconium and cerium sol, and finally roasting at high temperature to obtain the cerium-zirconium-aluminum-based composite material. The cerium-zirconium-aluminum-based composite material has better compactness and higher density, and when it is used in cGPF catalyst, it occupies a smaller volume of pores on the catalyst carrier, such that cGPF catalyst has lower back pressure and better ash accumulation resistance, which is beneficial to large-scale application of cGPF catalyst.
