Packaging structure for power module
The present application discloses a packaging structure for a power module, comprising: a heat dissipation substrate; at least one first power device disposed on a first substrate having an insulating layer, the first substrate disposed on the heat dissipating substrate; and at least one second power device including a jumping electrode having a jumping potential, wherein the at least one second power device is disposed on at least one second substrate having an insulating layer, and the at least one second substrate is disposed on the first substrate, to reduce a parasitic capacitance between the jumping electrode and the heat dissipation substrate. The packaging structure for the power module according to the present application can reduce the parasitic capacitance between the jumping electrode of the power module and the heat dissipation substrate, thereby greatly reducing the EMI noise of the power module in operation.
METHOD FOR FABRICATING POROUS CERAMIC HEATING BODY
A method for fabricating a porous ceramic heating body, and a method of fabricating a heating body. The method for fabricating includes, in sequence, mixing, ball-milling, defoaming, molding, and drying, pore-forming agent discharging, sintering, and electrode leading. The whole method is simple, and by using a box furnace to sinter the green body under an oxidizing atmosphere and normal pressure, the fabricated ceramic heating body is heated uniformly and the heating efficiency is high.
Nuclear reactor fuel rod and fuel assembly having bundled same
A nuclear reactor fuel rod is a fuel rod for a light-water reactor. The nuclear reactor fuel rod includes a fuel cladding tube and an end plug, both of which are formed of a silicon carbide material. A bonding portion between the fuel cladding tube and the end plug is formed by brazing with a predetermined metal bonding material interposed, and/or by diffusion bonding. The predetermined metal bonding material has a solidus temperature of 1200 C. or higher. An outer surface of the bonding portion, and a portion of an outer surface of the fuel cladding tube and the end plug, which is adjacent to the outer surface of the bonding portion are covered by bonding-portion coating formed of a predetermined coating metal. The predetermined metal bonding material and the predetermined coating metal have an average linear expansion coefficient which is less than 10 ppm/K.
HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE
A honeycomb structure including a plurality of porous honeycomb block bodies bound via joining material layers A. Each of the porous honeycomb block bodies includes a plurality of porous honeycomb segments bound via joining material layers B, each of the porous honeycomb segment includes: partition walls that defines a plurality of cells to form flow paths for a fluid, each of cells extending from an inflow end face that is an end face on a fluid inflow side to an outflow end face that is an end face on a fluid outflow side; and an outer peripheral wall located at the outermost periphery. At least a part of the joining material layers A has higher toughness than that of the joining material layers B.
Wavelength conversion member complex, light emitting device, and method for manufacturing wavelength conversion member complex
A wavelength conversion member complex includes a wavelength conversion member, a joining material, and a heat dissipation member. The wavelength conversion member includes a support and a phosphor member. The support defines a through-hole extending from an upper surface to a lower surface. The support has a concave portion on the lower surface around the through-hole. The concave portion is spaced apart from the through-hole. The phosphor member is disposed in the through-hole and includes a phosphor. The lower surface of the phosphor member is continuous with the lower surface of the support. The joining material is disposed in the concave portion, and has a lower surface that is flush with the lower surface of the support. The heat dissipation member is disposed under the joining material and the phosphor member, and has an upper surface in contact with the lower surface of the joining material.

Double-sealed fuel rod end plug for ceramic-containing cladding
The invention relates to sealing a fuel rod composite cladding tube composed of silicon carbide regardless of the fuel rod cladding design architecture (e.g., monolithic, duplex with monolithic SiC on the inside and a composite made with SiC fibers and SiC matrix on the outside) preferably with sealed SiC end plug caps, additionally sealed with an interior braze and exterior SiC final coating, thus providing a double sealed end plug barrier effective at retaining gas tightness and providing mechanical strength for the sealed end joint while providing high chemical resistance.
CERAMIC-ALUMINUM ASSEMBLY WITH BONDING TRENCHES
A method of joining is provided. the method includes preparing a first member, preparing a second member, and forming at least one trench in at least one of the first member and the second member. The method further includes placing a strip of solid aluminum material between the first member and the second member across the trench, bringing the first member and the second member together to contact the solid aluminum material and to form an assembly, and applying a force and heat to the assembly above a melting point of the solid aluminum material such that the solid aluminum material flows into the trench.
