Additionally, a method of providing oral care, comprising providing the oral hygiene device described above, pulling the length of floss through the aperture, wrapping the length of floss around the cleat, pulling the length of floss through the keyhole slot, and creating tension in the length of floss. Then, wrapping the length of floss around a user's finger and flossing.
