Cleansing system
A handheld, therapeutic cleansing system includes a cleansing implement, for example a brush or pumice stone, magnetically coupled to a cleansing device. The cleansing device may include an elongated handle and a head portion extending from an end of the handle. The cleansing device may include a plurality of nozzles positioned around a perimeter of the head portion. The cleansing device may define an annular fluid path in fluid communication with the plurality of nozzles to supply fluid to the nozzles. The cleansing device may include a first magnetic material positioned radially inward of the annular fluid path. The cleansing implement may be magnetically coupled to the head portion of the cleansing device. The cleansing implement may include a second magnetic material that is magnetically attracted to the first magnetic material to couple the cleansing implement to the head portion of the cleansing device.
TENS attachment for device for cleansing and treating skin
A device for delivery of TENS current, attachable to a handheld skin treatment device with a mechanical motion source, comprises a housing for mounting on the handheld skin treatment device, with a conductive skin contact head with first and second electrodes for receiving a TENS signal as a voltage established between the electrodes and a connector mounted in or on the housing and configured to interface with the mechanical motion source to receive the motion of the motion source. The device has an energy converter in the housing to convert the motion into electrical current, a power control circuit for receiving the electrical current and converting it into at least one power supply output voltage; and a signal generation circuit connected to the at least one the power supply output voltage for producing as an output a TENS signal for delivery to skin.
Scrubbing device
A scrubbing device includes a housing. An axle is rotatably mounted on the housing. The scrubbing device also includes a motor operatively coupled to the axle. The scrubbing device further includes at least one brush wheel and a stone wheel mounted on the axle. The at least one brush wheel includes a plurality of bristles. The scrubbing device also includes a pipe having a plurality of holes disposed above the axle. The pipe is in fluid communication with a source of fluid.
Personal Cleansing Device
A personal cleansing device comprising a cleansing portion adapted to clean a person's body and a retractable handle being adjustable to achieve multiple usage-positions. The cleansing portion may be comprised of a loofah. Alternatively, the cleansing portion may be comprised of a sponge. The handle is capable of being substantially retracted inside the perimeter of the cleansing portion to enable a person to wash easy-to-reach body parts. The handle is capable of being extended to enable a person to wash hard-to-reach body parts.
Massaging and scrubbing device
A massaging and scrubbing device for massaging and cleansing a user includes a housing that defines an internal space. A plurality of brushes is rotationally coupled to a front of the housing. A handle is coupled to and extends from the housing. The handle is hollow. A rotator is coupled to the housing and is positioned in the internal space. The rotator is selectively operationally couplable to the plurality of brushes. The rotator is positioned to rotate the brushes to massage the user. At least one orifice is positioned through the front of the housing. A dispenser is coupled to and positioned in the handle. The dispenser is fluidically coupled to the at least one orifice. The dispenser is configured to selectively compel liquid soap through the at least one orifice to lather the user.
Complete back scrubber
The core components of the invention are a frame, an upper carriage rail assembly, a lower carriage rail assembly, a brush, and two motor assemblies. The carriage rail assemblies are housed within a waterproof cover. The top of the cover is configured as a hood to protect the upper carriage rail assembly from water damage. The frame mounts onto the shower wall through the use of suction cups. The carriage assembly attaches to the frame through the use of screws on the frame and keyhole shaped mounting holes on the cover. The brush mounts onto an upper carriage assembly and a lower carriage assembly through the use of flanges. A stepper motor located on the upper carriage assembly drives a pulley system, allowing the brush to move horizontally from left to right and then from right to left. A panel of control buttons provide start and stop options, allowing the operator to increase or decrease the speed of the horizontal movement of the brush across the upper and lower carriage rails, and permitting the operator to start and stop the brush motion.
Brush assemblies
The disclosure herein includes a brush assembly, which brush assembly may include: a motor capable of generating vibration; a head coupled to the motor, wherein the head may be capable of receiving vibration generated by the motor; a face removably coupled to the head; and a tuft slidably coupled to the face, wherein a surface of the head may be capable of pushing an end of the tuft a distance away from the surface.
Methods and systems for personal care device localization
A method (500) for characterizing a personal care device (10). The method includes the steps of: (i) providing (510) a personal care device comprising a plurality of tufts (18), where a first one (18a) of the plurality of tufts includes a first tactile sensor (38a) and comprises a first angle relative to a device head, and further where a second one (18b) of the plurality of tufts includes a second tactile sensor (38b) and comprises a second angle relative to the device head; (ii) generating (520), in response to interaction of the plurality of tufts with a use surface (40), first sensor data by the first tactile sensor and second sensor data by the second tactile sensor; and (iii) characterizing (530), by the controller using the first sensor data and the second sensor data, a position of the personal care device within the use area.
Cosmetic device
The present invention provides personalized experience based on the skin condition of each user. A cosmetic device according to the embodiments of the present application includes: a detachable component including a magnetic portion, a magnetic sensor for outputting a signal depending on magnetism of the magnetic portion, and a control circuit for driving the component by controlling a motor depending on the signal.
