Device and method for cleansing and treating skin
A cleansing device for mammalian skin includes a cleansing head having a plurality of elastomeric cleansing features extending away from a first surface of the cleansing head. The cleansing head is attached to a handle. The cleansing device includes an actuator coupled to a rotating drive shaft and adapted to apply oscillating movement to one or more cleansing head sections of the cleansing head at a frequency of about 5 Hz to 30 Hz.
Device and method for cleansing and treating skin
A cleansing device for mammalian skin includes a cleansing head having a plurality of elastomeric cleansing features extending away from the first surface and having an aspect ratio of about 1:5 to 10:1. The cleansing head is attached to a handle adapted to apply oscillating movement to one or more cleansing head sections to provide a total displacement per oscillation of about 2 mm to 8 mm at a frequency of about 5 Hz to 30 Hz.
PERSONAL CARE DEVICE WITH CAMERA
A personal care system having a treatment device for applying a treatment to the skin or hair of a user is provided. The treatment device has a camera for taking an image of the skin. The system may include or be in communication with an application programming interface (API) that can process the image. The system or an associated API can recommend the use of treatment regimens or topical products according to information determined from the digital image of the skin.
Skin cleansing and massaging system
A handheld, therapeutic cleansing system includes a skin or body brush with a rotating bristle head and an associated water spray. The body brush includes a housing, a brush assembly connected to the housing, and a drive assembly for rotating the brush assembly. The brush assembly includes a plurality of bristles and is rotated by the drive assembly. The drive assembly may include a motor having a drive shaft, a worm gear coupled to the drive shaft of the motor and rotatable therewith, and at least one gear engaged with the worm gear and rotatable therewith. During operation, the at least one gear couples to the brush assembly and rotates the brush assembly as the worm gear rotates. Water spray is provided through a connection with a water supply and spray nozzles adjacent to the bristles.
SKIN CARE DEVICES
The present disclosure is drawn to skin care devices. An example skin care device can include skin-rejuvenation head with a first external region including an array of skin-cleansing bristles and a second external region including an auxiliary skin-treatment appliance of a different type than the skin-cleansing bristles. The skin-rejuvenation head can include a vibrational motor positioned therein to provide vibratory oscillation to both the skin-cleansing bristles and the auxiliary skin-treatment appliance. A support rod can be mechanically coupled to the skin-rejuvenation head. A handle can include a neck portion and a grip portion, with the support rod also coupled to the handle. The neck portion can be proximal to the skin-rejuvenation head and the grip portion can be distal to the skin-rejuvenation head. The neck portion can include an energy dampening sleeve around the support rod, leaving a gap around the support rod.
MASSAGE BROOM
The group of useful models has to do with physiotherapeutic devices, in particular massage brooms, the task of which is to enhance their effectiveness. The massage broom has metal bristles, which have been put together compactly in a portion of the massage broom in order to form a handle, and in the remaining portion of the massage broom the bristles are separated from one another. In one of the variants, the handle or its part is formed by the metal sleeve and by the additional metal sleeve. The bristles are passed through these sleeves. Thus, the possibility exists that sound waves can be generated upon tapping. Various instances of embodiments of massage brooms in four variants are also described.
Systems, devices, and methods of a self-activation use odometer for a skin care brush
A workpiece, such as a brush head, having a replacement indicator is provided, which is suitable for use with a personal care appliance. In use, the replacement indicator can provide an indication to the user recommending that the brush head be replaced after a duration has elapsed. The brush head includes a window to view the progress of the duration for recommended replacement and an indication when the duration has elapsed. In some embodiments, the duration is commenced when the brush head is initially installed on the personal care appliance.
Dual motor apparatus
An apparatus comprising a first motor to control a rotation and a second motor to control a vibration of a moving portion of the apparatus. In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a controller to control of a ratio between the rotation and the vibration.
SKINCARE BRUSH WITH HEATING AND COOLING CAPABILITIES, AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A skincare device having a brush head configured to contact a face of a user is presented. The brush head includes a plurality of bristles configured to oscillate about a center point, and a thermal element configured to heat or cool skin of the user. In some embodiments, the thermal element includes a thermal element vessel, and a thermal element filler inside the thermal element vessel.
ENERGY REGENERATING END EFFECTOR, AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A skincare device having energy regenerating end effector is presented. In one embodiment, an end effector includes an inner end effector structure configured to oscillate about a first axis. The inner end effector structure includes at least one magnet and a plurality of contacting elements configured to contact skin of a user. The end effector also includes an outer end effector structure comprising at least one induction coil. The at least one magnet and the at least one induction coil cooperate to generate electrical current in the at least one induction coil when the end effector structure oscillates about an axis.
