The head portion (120) may be formed of a cellulosic material such as a wood material or a bamboo material having a longitudinal grain direction. The head portion (120) may include a plurality of tuft holes (130) such that a bristle tuft (151) is anchored to the head portion (120) within each of the tuft holes (130) by an anchor (200). The anchors (200) may extend along an anchor axis that is oblique to the longitudinal axis (A-A). The bristle tufts (151) may include perimeter bristle tufts (153,154) located within perimeter tuft holes (140) that are adjacent to a perimeter (128) or peripheral edge (126,127) of the head portion (120). The perimeter tuft holes (140) may be located at least 1.80 mm from the perimeter (128) of the head portion (120).
Device For Attaching And Detaching A Toothbrush Head And Toothbrush Kit
A device for attaching and detaching a toothbrush head and a toothbrush kit includes a first housing; a second housing and a third housing pivotally mounted to the first housing on opposite sides of the first housing respectively; and a lining component disposed in the first housing; a head attaching cavity formed in a side of the lining component facing the second housing, a step formed on an inner wall of the head attaching cavity, a pressing portion formed on a surface of the second housing facing the lining component; and a head detaching cavity formed in a side of the lining component facing the third housing, a step formed on the inner wall of the head detaching cavity, a pushing post formed on the surface of the third housing facing the lining component.
COLLAPSIBLE TOOTHBRUSH AND CASE
Disclosed herein is a novel toothbrush design and associated carrying case. In one embodiment the toothbrush may have a handle cylindrical in shape, and may break down into three separable sections, each joinable at threaded joints. One element may be configured to receive a removable bristle assembly. In one embodiment, the toothbrush elements may each be stored in separate compartments in the carrying case. The carrying case may also include a slidably extendible drawer configured to dispense floss. The carrying case may also include separate compartments for storing consumables such as toothpaste tablets and mouthwash tablets.
Sanitary toothbrush holder
A toothbrush holder facilitates air drying of the toothbrush bristles after use while maintaining the surrounding areas sanitary if fluid drips from the bristles. The holder includes a base and first and second aligned posts extending upwardly from the base, each post having a top surface, the top surfaces configured to support a toothbrush handle. The second post top surface is spaced further from the base than the first post top surface so that an imaginary straight line between the top surfaces has a cant angle of about 4-10 degrees so that when a toothbrush handle is placed on the post top surfaces the toothbrush bristles are lower than the end of the handle most remote from the bristles. The base is positioned over a sink so that any fluid dripping from the toothbrush bristles goes directly into the sink bowl.
Oral care system including an oral care implement and a tracking attachment, tracking attachment thereof, and method of assembling the same
An oral care system that includes an oral care implement and a tracking attachment. The oral care implement may include a handle and a head. The tracking attachment is detachably coupled to the oral care implement. The tracking attachment may include a housing including a first housing portion having an inner surface that defines a first cavity and a second housing portion having an inner surface that defines a second cavity. The tracking attachment may also include a tracking unit configured to facilitate tracking at least one of a position, orientation, or movement of the oral care implement to which it is attached. A first portion of the handle may be positioned within the first cavity and a second portion of the handle may be positioned within the second cavity.
Oral care device
An oral care device comprises a head portion and a handle portion. The head portion comprises at least one supporting arm and a base. The supporting arm extends from the base. A sensor is exposed from the supporting arm. The handle portion is configured to move relative to the head portion. The handle portion comprises a processor, wherein the processor is configured to receive signals from the sensor and analyze the signals received from the sensor.
BRUSH COMPRISING A CARRIER MADE OF BAMBOO MATERIAL AND WIRE FOR FORMING STAPLES FOR A BRUSH OF THIS TYPE
A brush including a support made of bamboo material having a plurality of cluster holes each accommodating one bristle cluster fixed in a cluster hole by a clip having a length 1 greater than the diameter D of the cluster hole to form clip projections on both longitudinal ends. The clips have at least two wedges on at least one side disposed one above the other in the direction of the vertical axis and widening upward, the upper ends of the wedges forming catch shoulders extending in the longitudinal direction of the clip, wherein a press-in end of the clip having a reduced width is formed at a lower end of the lower wedge.
Oral care implement
An oral care implement including a handle and a replacement head that is detachably coupled to the handle. The oral care implement may include a handle having a longitudinal axis that includes a gripping portion and a stem extending from the gripping portion. The gripping portion may have a shoulder that circumferentially surrounds the stem and an annular rib protruding from the shoulder. The replacement head may have a sleeve portion terminating in a proximal edge that is formed from a resilient material. The replacement head may be detachably coupled to the handle so that the annular rib of the shoulder and the proximal edge of the sleeve portion that is formed of elastomeric material are in contact with one another.
TOOTHBRUSH
A toothbrush includes the head portion that is molded from a polyacetal resin having a weight-average molecular weight of 130000 or more. When the head portion is a thin head having a thickness of 3.0 mm or less, a base thickness that corresponds to a thickness of an implantation base is T1 (mm), a hole depth of an implantation hole is U1 (mm), a flat wire implantation depth that corresponds to a depth from an implantation face to an upper end of the flat wire implanted from the implantation face is H1 (mm), and a weight-average molecular weight of the polyacetal resin is Mw, a following equation (1) is satisfied.
[Formula 1]
(−18.5)+T1×7.0+U1×3.5+H1×(−10.0)+MW×0.78×10.sup.−5≥2.96 (1)
