A fluid flow actuated tool including a housing, a tool and an actuating mechanism. The housing includes a housing interior. The housing interior receives a flow of fluid. The actuating mechanism includes a fluid wheel structure. The fluid wheel structure is connected to the tool. At least a portion of the fluid wheel structure is arranged in the flow of fluid for rotating the fluid wheel structure. The tool is actuated based on rotation of the fluid wheel structure.

The following pin has an external portion that engages a handle, and an internal portion that engages the biasing element. A scrubbing element is coupled with the attachment end of the tube member and rotationally fixed therewith. When the handle is pressed towards the attachment end and the handle is prevented from rotating about the tube member, the tube member rotates to rotate the scrubber element. The apparatus thereby provides rotational movement of the scrubber to be generated from only linear movement of the handle provided by a user.

The washing brush includes a handle part, a shaft part connected to the handle part, a sliding part configured to slide along the shaft part, a strip part coupled to the lower end part of the shaft part and lower part of the sliding part, a brush part attached to the outside of the strip part; and a position adjusting part configured to adjust a relative position of the shaft part.
