The present disclosure provides a system including a handheld implement having a handle and a head. The system also includes a base having a basin, a pump, and a product container. The basin includes vertical walls forming mouth opening to an inner cavity that receives the head of the handheld implement. The product container includes a reservoir of product. The pump conveys the product from the reservoir to the inner cavity via at least one through-hole in the basin.

A magnetic element is disposed in the lower portion of the handle that exerts a magnetic attraction force between the magnetic tool and an accompanying magnetic base. A biasing spring biases the end cap away from the handle to initially cover the second set of bristles. A third set of bristles is removable retained within a hollow channel in the handle.

The brush housing can include various cleaning implements, such as cleaning pads, abrasive pads, foam pads brushes, etc. Some embodiments can also be used to clean any substantially flat, rigid surface, such as floors, windows, etc. According to some embodiments, the brush comprises a handle having a pneumatic input that can be coupled to a pneumatic hose to power a pneumatic rotating element via compressed air or gas. The pneumatic rotating element causes the brush housing to rotate at a high speed as controlled by a lever disposed on the handle.
