ENDOSCOPE CLEANING BRUSH APPARATUS
A device (100) for cleaning and method of cleaning an endoscope distal end (128) is disclosed. The device (100) may include a sealed longitudinal chamber (110) that may contain a porous structure (132) with fluid, and a brush and a spring (121) loaded brush. A removable substantially airtight closure (146) may be removed to allow an endoscope distal end (128) to be placed into the longitudinal chamber (110) and contact the porous structure (132) and the brush prior to a full cleaning, thereby preventing contaminates from drying and hardening on the endoscope distal end (128) prior to a cleaning and sanitization process. The spring (121) loaded brush may be moved to clean portions of the endoscope distal end (128) including cavities such and tools including an elevator or lifter. A cap may be removed from a airtight connector (120) and a fluid source may be connected to the airtight connector (120) to assist in the endoscope (127) cleaning process.
Reusable straw and case with integrated cleaning, drying and sanitizing member
A personal, reusable straw and a case comprising a holder for the straw, where the case comprises one or more elements to flush, wash, clean, sanitize, and/or dry the straw in the holder. A pump may pump fluid from a fluid reservoir to lead fluid into and/or around the straw. A fan may blow air to the straw for drying the outside and/or inside of the straw. A heating element may dry the straw. A UV or other light source, along with one or more reflector elements, may provide or direct light to sanitize the outer and inner surfaces of the straw. A controller in the case may control these elements. The controller may include a wireless transceiver for communication with a mobile application to enable a user to control the elements manually and/or via a program.
Receptacle cleaning systems and methods for the same
A receptacle cleaning assembly for use with electrical connectors includes a receptacle washing fixture having a manifold body with a solution inlet and outlet. A plurality of nozzles, in communication with the solution inlet, are coupled with the manifold body and are arranged in a pattern corresponding to female connector receptacles. An interface seal is coupled with the manifold body. The plurality of nozzles extend through the interface seal, and the interface seal is configured to seal along a face of the connector. At least one solution return passage extends through the interface seal from an exterior of the plurality of nozzles to the solution outlet. An alignment skirt extends from the manifold body, and couples and aligns the connector receptacles with the plurality of nozzles. In another example, the receptacle cleaning assembly includes a receptacle brush fixture including a plurality of reciprocating brushes for use in the female connector receptacles.
Apparatus for in-situ cleaning of a seismic streamer cable
A system, method and apparatus providing uninterrupted cleaning of first and second parts of a deployed marine seismic streamer cable using one cleaner apparatus, the first and second parts located to respective sides of a bird attached to the streamer cable. The system comprises a connecting apparatus for connecting by a web or rung the bird to the streamer cable, and the cleaner apparatus provided with a slit open over the full length of the cleaner and adapted to let the web or rung pass from end to end of the cleaner, whereby the cleaner is allowed to pass from the first part to the second part without interrupting its cleaning action.
Hole cleaning apparatus and method
A hole cleaning apparatus includes a member, a brush, and a vacuum source. The brush rotates around a longitudinal axis of the member, or translates in a direction which is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the member. The vacuum source provides vacuum suction within the member.
AIR DUCT CLEANING APPARATUS
A duct cleaning system includes a flexible vacuum hose having a proximal end configured to couple to a vacuum source, a flexible drive shaft having a proximal end configured to couple to a rotating motor, and a distal end configured to couple to a cleaning attachment, and a flexible camera line having a proximal end configured to couple to a power source and a distal end provided with a camera. The distal ends of the vacuum hose, the drive shaft, and the camera line configured to be fed into and moved along a duct to be cleaned, with the vacuum hose delivering a vacuum to the duct to suction up and collect particles and debris in the vacuum source, the drive shaft and cleaning attachment rotating within the duct to be cleaned to loosen particles and debris, and the camera line providing visualization of the duct during the cleaning process.
Aerosol generation system of preheating heater
An aerosol generating system includes a holder generating aerosol by heating a cigarette, and a cradle having an inner space into which the holder is inserted, wherein the holder is electrically connected to the cradle to be moveable in the inner space of the cradle. The aerosol generating system includes a controller and a heater for heating an aerosol generating material, wherein the controller predicts insertion of the cigarette into the holder and preheats the heater in advance based on a prediction result.
Pan cleaning brush module, controller and methods of same
The invention relates to an improved system, device and method for optimized, high volume cleaning of pans, related brush modules, and methods of operating and processing same A pan cleaning system having one or more modular swing arms for cleaning a flow of pans is provided. The system having a frame with a mounting point for each of the modular swing arms and the swing arm pivots about a pivoting element freely motivated by a swing arm actuator and controlled with a swing arm limiter coupled to one or more controllers. The modular swing arm is positioned by the one or more controllers by activating the swing arm actuator to position and to engage a dirty pan from the flow of pans at a pressure range exerted by the actuator and limited by the swing arm limiter such that the pan is cleaned. On one of the modular swing arms, a cleaning module mounting a staggered set of two or more brush heads is provided in offset rows provides overlap during cleaning to overcome compression issues in the brush heads during movement of the pan. Each of the brush heads also having bristles specifically spaced and angled so that they provide consistent contact without laying over one another when compression does occur. Each of the brush heads also rotating so that the rotational moments of each of the brush heads in the two or more brush heads is offset by the equal or paired rotating brush heads. Finally, the controller is provided so that it can sense numerous conditions in the cleaning process, including things like pan height, pan type, the amount of contaminants on the pan, the size of the pan, how much agitation or pressure to apply to the pan, when the pan is passing the cleaning module, whether a jam may be occurring under the module, and similar variables during the cleaning process.
