Apparatus and associated methods relate to a fibrillous abrasive crevice cleaner (FACC). In an illustrative example, a fibrillous abrasive tip may be made of a continuous combination of steel wool and wire. For example, the FACC may include a twisted multistrand handle extending from a distal end to a proximal end along a longitudinal axis. The FACC may include a continuous fibrillous mass fixedly coupled about the distal end of the twisted multistrand handle, such that the fibrillous mass forms a knot distal to the proximal end of the twisted multistrand handle. For example, the FACC may include a proximal end of the fibrillous mass captured between the twisted multistrand handle. The formed knot around the distal end of the twisted multistranded handle and the fibrillous mass being entwined into the handle may, for example, advantageously resist decoupling of the fibrillous mass from the twisted multistrand handle.

A flexible composite torsion shaft for attachment to a drive shaft includes an elongated core element having a circular cross section. A reinforcement comprising at least one polymer layer and multiple layers of reinforcing-fiber wound around the core element inside the at least one polymer layer. Each reinforcing-fiber layer is wound around the core element at a winding angle in a range of 40° to the hoop winding angle, depending on a width of a reinforcing-fiber being wound, relative to a longitudinal direction of the core element. At least one reinforcing-fiber-layer is wound at an opposite angle from another reinforcing-fiber layer inside the at least one polymer layer. The winding angle increases as an average layer diameter of reinforcing-fiber insider the at least one polymer layer increases.

A drain cleaning device for removing debris from a drain is disclosed herein. The drain cleaning device includes a fluid container section with a fluid reservoir for holding a chemical cleaning fluid therein; an elongated rod section having a first end being connected to the fluid container section, the elongated rod section defining a fluid passageway configured to be fluidly coupled to the fluid reservoir of the fluid container section for conveying the chemical cleaning fluid; and a tip section connected to a second end of the elongated rod section, the tip section including a central core portion and a plurality of protruding elements, the tip section further including a fluid aperture fluidly coupled to the fluid passageway of the elongated rod section so as to enable the chemical cleaning fluid to be discharged from the fluid aperture of the tip section to a drain pipe.

A method for cleaning a coke deposit from an internal surface of a process equipment, comprising removing at least a portion of the coke deposit from the internal surface using a flexible pig comprising a plurality of bristles, without damaging a metal protective layer of the internal surface of the process equipment. A flexible pig for cleaning a coke deposit from an internal surface of a process equipment without damaging a metal protective layer of the internal surface, comprising a flexible body formed of a polymeric material, and a plurality of bristles partially encapsulated by the polymeric material of the flexible body.

A tool (10) for cleaning a drilled hole (12), including a tool shank (14) that, relative to the shank axis (A), has an axial attachment end (16) and an opposite axial cleaning end (18), as well as at least one conveying element (20) for removing drilling dust (22) from the drilled hole (12). The conveying element (20) is attached to the tool shank (14) and arranged in the axial direction like a helix around the tool shank (14). The conveying element (20) is configured as a channel (24) that is open in the direction of the attachment end (16). A method for cleaning a drilled hole by such a tool (10) is also disclosed.

A pontoon cleaning assembly for cleaning floats on a pontoon boat includes a handle that may be manipulated. A scrubbing unit is movably coupled to the handle. The scrubbing unit may scrub a float on a pontoon boat while the pontoon boat is floating.

A dental cleaning system includes a cylindrical body with a first portion and a second portion. A cleaning portion is positioned within the second portion and includes a cavity to enable the cleaning portion to at least partially enclose a dental implant device. The cylindrical body rotates such that the cleaning portion therein rotates to clean at least a portion of the dental implant device. A projection extends outwardly from a surface of the cleaning portion such that the projection is positioned within the cavity. The projection removes debris from at least a portion of the dental implant device when the cylindrical body rotates. A plurality of cleaning protrusions extend outwardly from a sidewall of the cavity such that the cleaning protrusions at least partially circumscribe the projection. The cleaning protrusions remove the debris from at least a portion of the dental implant device when the cylindrical body rotates.

A garbage disposal cleaning system includes a garbage disposal that may be fluidly coupled to a drain on a sink. A scrubbing unit is removably positioned within the garbage disposal. The scrubbing unit frictionally engages the garbage disposal. The scrubbing unit contains and releases a detergent. The scrubbing unit cleans the garbage disposal when the garbage disposal is turned on. Thus, the scrubbing unit may reduce an odor relating to bacterial decay in the garbage disposal.

A method for cleaning a coke deposit from an internal surface of a process equipment, comprising removing at least a portion of the coke deposit from the internal surface using a flexible pig comprising a plurality of bristles, without damaging a metal protective layer of the internal surface of the process equipment. A flexible pig for cleaning a coke deposit from an internal surface of a process equipment without damaging a metal protective layer of the internal surface, comprising a flexible body formed of a polymeric material, and a plurality of bristles partially encapsulated by the polymeric material of the flexible body.

A pipe cleaning brush which comprises a cleaning unit including a brush body and an elastic body, a connecting unit including a flexible strip, and a handle unit including a fixed handle and a plug-connected part that are separated and embedded with each other. The plug-connected part includes a first branch rod and a second branch rod. One end of the first branch rod and one end of the second branch rod are pivoted to each other to be opened or collapsed, and the first branch rod or the second branch rod is embedded and positioned above the fixed handle, so that the second branch rod or the first branch rod is rotated and to simultaneously drive the connecting unit and the cleaning unit to rotate.
