Cleaning robot and method of surmounting obstacle
A cleaning robot includes a detector configured to detect an obstacle; a determining circuit configured to determine whether the cleaning robot is in an obstacle obstruction state; and a controller configured to control the first drive wheel to cross an obstacle and control the second drive wheel to cross the obstacle according to a detection result when the cleaning robot is in the obstacle obstruction state, wherein the detector is further configured to detect whether the first drive wheel crosses the obstacle; and the controller is further configured to control the second drive wheel to cross the obstacle when the detector detects that the first drive wheel crosses the obstacle.
Mouth-opening device custom-made through 3-dimensional printing
A device is provided for opening mouth. The device is custom-made through 3-dimensional (3D) printing. The overall framework is printed out after 3D-scanning the oral cavity, which meets a patient's oral shape. The present invention practically and effectively fabricates a custom-made mouth-opening device. The mouth's structure changed after surgery is taken into consideration, so that the patient can easily open the mouth with one hand. Furthermore, because the weight overall is light, the whole single-hand operation feels no heavy. The prolonged work of dental rehabilitation required by the patient is met. The device is easy to be cleaned. The feature of high material strength yet with proper softness is achieved. The comfort of use is increased for the patient with life quality enhanced. The effectiveness of rehabilitation and intervention is improved. The cost of custom-made medical material is effectively reduced.
BROOM AND METHOD OF FABRICATION THEREOF
A bristled tool head and a method of fabrication thereof, the method comprising molding a shell having a top surface and a bottom surface, the bottom surface comprising a pattern of housings, the housings being selectively localised and inclined relative to a direction normal to a plan of the shell depending on a position along a length and across a width of the bottom surface; finishing the housings of the as-molded shell into sockets; and securing tufts of bristles within the sockets.
TOOL ASSEMBLY COMPRISING UNIVERSAL HANDLE AND INTERCHANGEABLE TOOL HEADS
A tool assembly includes an elongated handle and a locking system for attaching a tool head to the handle. The tool head can be a floor care tool or other accessory that can be attached to the handle such that the elongated length of the handle can aid in the use of the tool attached. The locking system includes a keyed locking collar for engaging at least a first portion of the tool head, and a locking cap rotatably positioned on the handle for engaging a second portion of the tool head. The handle can be extendable, such as by telescoping, and can also be overmolded.
DuraLock scrubber attachment
A DuraLock scrubber and scraper attachments with replaceable surface scrubbing and scraping capability, that includes providing a removable/replaceable surface scrubbing and scraping attachments, and attaching the elements to the mop head holder for scrubbing and scraping the floor surface. This provides a mop handle with surface scrubbing and scraping capability and includes an attachment for rigid connection to a mop handle, which is adapted to carry replaceable surface cleaning element(s). The replaceable elements can be a scraper, scrubbing pad or bristles or other abrasive materials that can be interchanged or replaced depending upon the job or as the components wear without requiring removal of the mop head and further allows the replacement of the mop head without requiring removal and reinstallation of the elements.
DUST COLLECTING DEVICE
A dust collecting device removably connected to at least a portion of a broom, the dust collecting device including a main body to at least partially cover a broomstick of the broom, at least one disinfecting wipe disposed within at least a portion of the main body to cleanse an external surface in response to moving across the external surface and prevent a trail of debris, and a broom receiving groove disposed on at least a portion of the main body to connect the main body to the broomstick of the broom.
SCRAPING APPARATUS
A scraping apparatus, including: a gripping assembly, for gripping a stick of a cleaning tool; a bar, extending from the gripping assembly, the bar shaped to include a first section being adjacent and parallel to the broom stick, and a second section being adjacent and parallel to a brush of the broom; a scraping tip disposed at an end of the bar; and a location disposition mechanism, for manually allowing sliding the bar in relation to the broom stick and for manually disallowing the sliding against pressure applied on the scraping tip.
COLLAPSIBLE HANDLE FOR A TOOL
A foldable handle for long-handled tools includes first and second handle members hingedly coupled together at their respective coupling ends by a toggle linkage. The linkage is pivotably coupled to each of the handle members via first and second pivot pins respectively forming a double-jointed articulating joint. The joint includes multiple locking features which cooperate to form a rigid and anti-rotational joint when the handle members are in a coaxially-aligned operational unfolded condition. The linkage includes oppositely extending arm portions slideably insertable into complementary configured locking axial passages in the hinge members. Each handle member includes a plurality of mutually interlocking axial protrusions. The linkage includes a block-shaped middle portion between the arms which lockingly engage a transverse channel in each end of the handle members. Finally, a slideable collar covers the joint and threadably engages one of the handle member to conceal and secure the joint.
Broom apparatus with removable auxiliary tool
This invention relates to a broom including an elongate handle attached at one end to a head, a plurality of bristles attached to the head on a different side from the handle, and an auxiliary tool portion configured for use in any one or more of the group selected from scraping, cutting and scooping. The auxiliary tool portion is removably attached to the head and/or handle by means of a quick-release mechanism. The quick release mechanism may include a lever, skewer and stop, and the lever having a cam. The auxiliary tool portion may project forwardly from the broom and/or downwardly having a substantially rigid lower edge.
