Sleeve Grip Applications
20180236299 · 2018-08-23 ·

A rod and sleeve grip assembly provides an additional pivot point between the human limb and the component being gripped that a provides a more natural-biomechanical movement that reduces and/or prevents stress and strain on the joints being used as energy is transferred between the axle and sleeve assembly. Thus, energy transfer happens between the rod and sleeve setup which takes away stress and strain from the human joints. This concept can be used on everything that we grip and hold onto which allows natural movement and establishes an extra pivot point for energy transfer. A barbell assembly includes an axle having two connection holes respectively defined in two ends thereof with three rotating sleeves that revolve around that axle, and two collars are respectively mounted to the two ends of the axle and sleeve assembly. The two collars rotate around the sleeves while the three sleeves rotate around the axle.

Versatile extension grip

Provided is a combination broom and cleaning fabric adapter apparatus. The apparatus may include a planar plate having a first and a second surface. The plate may be configured to position a cleaning fabric on the first surface. The first surface may include grippers to grip the cleaning fabric onto the first surface. A stick attachment device may be connected to the second surface for attaching a standard broom or mop stick to the plate at a first location on the plate. The stick attachment device may be configured to allow the stick to pivot freely in two-dimensions relative to the plate. A broom brush attachment device may be connected to the second surface adjacent an edge of the plate for attaching a broom brush to the plate.

Double action push broom
10028573 · 2018-07-24 · ·

The double action push broom of the present invention includes a dynamic double action dual brush head and a broom handle. The dynamic double action dual brush head includes two brush heads rotatably attached to a brush head base, allowing the brush heads to independently rotate about the axis in which it is rotatably attached to the brush head base. A mechanical device capable of storing and releasing energy is connected between the two brush heads, which is rigidly attached to the brush head base. The double action push broom stores kinetic energy in the form of potential energy in the mechanical energy storage device of the dynamic double action dual brush head during the sweeping stroke of the double action push broom. At the end of the sweeping stroke, the stored potential energy is converted into kinetic energy and rotates the dual brush, thereby providing an additional sweeping motion.

Cleaning device

A cleaning device includes a base member extending with a first distal end and a first proximal end. The first proximal end is at an angle relative to the first distal end. A support member extends between a second distal end and a second proximal end. At least one support flange couples the base member and the support member. An extension member extends from the second distal end. At least one teeth member comprises a contact surface and an attachment surface. The attachment surface is formed with an inner channel, and the inner channel is coupled with one of the first distal and proximal ends. The contact surface has outer flanges with an outer channel formed therein. The contact surface is adapted to come in contact with a cleaning surface such that the outer flanges penetrate the cleaning surface to dislodge and collect debris.

Broom and dustpan
10016054 · 2018-07-10 ·

The broom and dustpan comprises a broom with a detachable dustpan. The dustpan pivots at the point where the pan couples to the dustpan handle. The dustpan provides a long handle that clips to the broom handle. The combination of a pivoting head and a long handle allows the dustpan to be used by a person standing upright. The dustpan provide a scouring surface around the front outside edge of the pan. The broom provides an auxiliary cover that can be used for storage wipes. The broom provides insertion points for a cloth that may cover the broom bristles to convert the broom into a dust mop.

A temporary or permanent attachment device to a broom, mop, or other such cleaning device, or other stick/rod, which needs to be propped upright temporarily when not in use or permanently during storage. The attachment provides the ability for the stick to stand freely, independent of leaning against a wall, furniture, door or other to prevent the stick from falling to the ground or against other objects, or people or pets or anything else on its way down. The attachment collapses against the stick. It is basically a case, springs, tines and release levers which are releasably attached to the extended handle of the tool.

Handgrip for cleaning tool handles

A handgrip for the handle of a cleaning tool, and particularly a push broom, has a frustum shaped front section with side walls tapering downwardly from an outwardly extending upper lip portion to an opening at the terminus of the front section. The opening is shaped to retain the cleaning tool handle. A stock shaped rear section extends downwardly from the front section. The rear section has a curved top wall which merges smoothly downward into curved sidewalls and merges upwards to the lip portion. A curved notch is formed between the lip portion and the top wall. This configuration allows the user to maintain a comfortable grasp of the handgrip, eliminating the strain and risk of injury, while ensuring that the user's hand does not slip off the handle.

BRUSH AND BRUSH HEAD HAVING A HANDLE AND A WATER PORT

A brush assembly comprises a top surface and a bottom surface. The bottom surface comprises a plurality of bristles extending substantially downward. The top surface includes a fitting to which a handle can be coupled as well as a wash port that can be coupled to a standard hose connection port. The wash port allows a user to easily wash the bottom of the brush head including the bristles.

Tool assembly comprising universal handle and interchangeable tool heads

A tool assembly includes an elongated handle and a locking system for attaching a tool head to the handle. The tool head can be a floor care tool or other accessory that can be attached to the handle such that the elongated length of the handle can aid in the use of the tool attached. The locking system includes a keyed locking collar for engaging at least a first portion of the tool head, and a locking cap rotatably positioned on the handle for engaging a second portion of the tool head. The handle can be extendable, such as by telescoping, and can also be overmolded.
