PROCESS FOR REGENERATING A MONOLITHIC, MACRO-STRUCTURAL, INTER-PENETRATING ELASTOMER NETWORK MORPHOLOGY FROM GROUND TIRE RUBBER PARTICLES
Crumb rubber obtained from recycled tires is subjected to an interlinked substitution process. The process utilizes a reactive component that interferes with sulfur bonds. The resulting treated rubber exhibits properties similar to those of the virgin composite rubber structure prior to being granulated, and is suitable for use in fabricating new tires, engineered rubber articles, and asphalt rubber for use in waterproofing and paving applications.

PLANT MIX WARM REGENERATED ASPHALT MIXTURE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
A preparation method of a plant-mixed warm regenerated asphalt mixture, comprises the following steps: preparing a RAP material, a new aggregate, a mineral powder, a new asphalt and a regenerant with a total mass percentage of 100%; heating and stirring the RAP material, adding the regenerant, and continuing to heat and stir; placing the product in a development bin for development, wherein a development temperature is 40 C. to 150 C., and a development time is 0.5 h to 6 h; mixing, heating and stirring a product with the new aggregate; and after mixing and heating the product with the new asphalt, adding the mineral powder, and stirring to mold. Addition of the regenerated asphalt mixture in the development process improves the regeneration effect of the old asphalt, and pavement performances of the formed regenerated asphalt mixture can fully reach that of a hot-mixed asphalt mixture produced entirely with new materials.
Construction method for reinforcing loess embankment by combining microbial mineralization with phosphogypsum
A construction method for reinforcing a loess embankment by combining microbial mineralization with phosphogypsum. The method includes: (1) placing Bacillus pasteurii in a culture medium to prepare a microbial solution, and mixing urea, calcium chloride and water to prepare a cementing solution; (2) mixing a mixture, the microbial solution and water well, and adding the cementing solution and water to prepare an improving mixture; and (3) leveling and compacting an original ground; laying a geomembrane, the improving mixture and a geogrid; laying a last geomembrane on the top of the embankment after the embankment is laid, and then laying a roadbed. The method meets the improvement and construction requirements of loess embankments of high-grade highways, and reduces the stock of phosphogypsum, thereby reducing the occupation of cultivated land. The microbial improvement of the phosphogypsum achieves the immobilization of harmful elements, thereby reducing environmental pollution.
Magnetizable concrete composite for road-embedded wireless power transfer
A magnetizable concrete wireless power transfer pad can include a base, an inductive coil and a pillar. The base can comprise a magnetizable base concrete including concrete and first magnetizable particles, the first magnetizable particles having a magnetic permeability and a magnetic saturation. The inductive coil can be positioned directly adjacent and centered over the base, the inductive coil forming an inductive coil gap at its center inner perimeter between a conductive wire that form the inductive coil, the inductive coil having an outer perimeter, a lateral width, and a longitudinal length. The pillar can extend up from the base through the inductive coil gap, the pillar comprising a magnetizable pillar concrete including concrete and second magnetizable particles, the second magnetizable particles having a magnetic permeability and a magnetic saturation such that the base and the pillar collectively shape an external magnetic field produced by the inductive coil to increase the mutual coupling with a receiver pad, that way increasing the power transfer capabilities of the system.
PREPARATION METHOD OF POWDERY POLYCARBOXYLATE SUPERPLASTICIZER
A preparation method of a powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer is provided, including: mixing a superplasticizer monomer with water to produce a mixture, heating and melting the mixture to produce a melt system; carrying out a bulk polymerization reaction by adding an initiator, a chain transfer agent and an unsaturated carboxylic acid into the melt system, forming a polycarboxylate superplasticizer precursor; and neutralizing and pulverizing the polycarboxylate superplasticizer precursor to produce a powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Water is added in the bulk polymerization and reacts with the superplasticizer monomer and the unsaturated carboxylic acid. While the bulk polymerization reaction is guaranteed to be efficiently carried out and the solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer is formed, the viscosity of a bulk polymerization reaction system is reduced. The superplasticizer is suitable for dry-mixed mortar, high-efficiency concrete and other products.
ASPHALT EMULSION SURFACE TREATMENT CONTAINING STEROL
Pavement aging can be reduced by applying to an asphalt-containing pavement a topcoat layer or a surface treatment containing asphalt binder emulsion with sterols.
