A toilet brush assembly is disclosed. The toilet brush assembly includes a hollow shaft body having an upper end and a bottom end, the bottom end includes a partially perforated surface, the hollow shaft body is adapted to accept a solid cleaning agent through the upper end of the hollow shaft body; and a plurality of bristles, the plurality of bristles is attached to the bottom end of the hollow shaft body.

An automated toilet cleaning system includes at least one cleaning assembly communicatively connected to a control device. The cleaning assembly includes a positioning assembly and at least one cleaning end, wherein the positioning assembly has at least one positioning arm structured to movably dispose the cleaning end relative to the toilet. A cleaning solution chamber is included for retaining an amount of cleaning solution, and for fluidically delivering the cleaning solution chamber being to a nozzle or dispenser. When the automated toilet cleaning system is activated, the control device operates to movably position the positioning assembly to orient the cleaning end toward the toilet, and to direct a flow of water from and a flow of cleaning solution to and out of the cleaning end directed toward the toilet.

This disclosure provides cleaning implement comprising a holder and a removable cleaning head. The cleaning head may be of various types, including brushes, sponges, dusters, and loofahs. The holder has two arms connected at a junction. Opposite the junction, the holder includes a locking mechanism. In one embodiment, the locking mechanism includes a hingedly connected locking member on the first arm, which includes a latch portion which engages a catch disposed on the second arm. In another embodiment, the locking mechanism includes a hingedly connected locking member on each arm, which interlock when moved to a locking position. The arms may be flexible so that they can be pushed toward each other to facilitate the coupling and decoupling of the locking mechanism.

A cleaning device is provided that has a handle configured to provide flexion in a first orientation but to provide rigidity in a second orientation. In this manner, the user can use the handle in the first orientation to allow the cleaning device to flex into hard to reach places and can use the same handle in the second orientation to apply differing levels of cleaning force.

Improvements in a cleaning brush is disclosed. The cleaning tool has both a larger and smaller cleaning feature a single size cleaning tool to try and cover all uses is obviated. With a larger cleaning head, the larger cleaning head can be optimized for the rim surfaces of a toilet. The inner detailing head retracts into the outer cleaning tool. In the retracted mode the detailing head operates with the larger outer tool and provides a cohesive flat surface for cleaning. A spring can be used to retract the detailing head. The detailing head extends from the center, side or corner of the cleaning tool and extends far enough to allow for full use of the detailing head to effectively reach corners and/or cervices. The handle and or the head can be angled to provide an optimum angle for use.

A scrubbing tool for cleaning a surface that has a handle for holding by a user in a cleaning operation. The handle has a first connector. The scrubbing tool also has a cleaning head having a second connector configured to mate with the first connector in order to attach the cleaning head to the handle in an engaged position. The cleaning head is comprised entirely of a material configured to dissolve in water and has a cleaning agent.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cleaning apparatus for cleaning surfaces. The cleaning apparatus includes a cleaning brush. The cleaning brush includes a handle, a stem and a cleaning head. The stem includes a first end and a second end. The handle is coupled to the first end of the stem and extends longitudinally from the stem. The handle is adapted to be held by a user. The cleaning apparatus further includes an elongated tubular sheath secured with a cleaning pad. The elongated tubular sheath includes a closed end and an open end. The open end is configured to allow receipt of the cleaning brush within the elongated tubular sheath. The cleaning pad includes an inner space. The cleaning pad is secured to the closed end of the elongated tubular sheath. The cleaning head is accommodated in the inner space by pushing the closed end within the cleaning pad.

A biodegradable toilet brush with (a) a brush head made of multiple layers of bio-degradable fabric disks and (b) a thin bio-degradable handle. The discs each have a center slot by which the discs are slid over and thus mounted on the handle. At least some of the discs include a plurality of blossoming slots 14 extending radially inwardly from the perimeter of the disk to help the brush head obtain a blossom appearance and create more petals to increase the cleaning action of the brush head.
