The valves can be used for supplying water to the refreshing wand with disposable rubby rinse head. The disposable rubby rinse head can be washed and/or disposed. The new disposable rubby rinse head replaces the need to replace the plastic tube because the silicone cover is the only piece that comes in contact with human waste.
