Apparatus and method for a top wrap assembly
Apparatus and methods for an apparatus and method for a top wrap assembly is disclosed. The top wrap assembly includes a plurality of buns, wherein the plurality of buns comprises a plurality of assembled layers, wherein the plurality of buns defines a central bore, at least one shaft, wherein the at least one shaft is disposed in alignment with the central axis of the plurality of buns, wherein the at least a shaft is passes through the central bore, and a plurality of locking mechanisms, wherein each locking mechanism is configured to engage with the plurality of buns and the at least one shaft, wherein the locking mechanism is configured to secure the plurality of buns and the at least one shaft. The method comprises using the at least one shaft to execute the process described above.
Lighted vehicle wash component
A vehicle wash component includes a rotatable hub portion having an outer surface and an axis of rotation. The component includes a plurality of grooves formed in the outer surface of the rotatable hub with the plurality of grooves being spaced about the perimeter of the outer surface of the hub portion. Each of the plurality of grooves includes one or more media elements disposed therein. The outer surface of the rotatable hub includes a plurality of channels formed therein. The plurality of channels are spaced apart from the plurality of grooves such that each of the plurality of channels is visible when the plurality of media elements are disposed in the plurality of grooves. An illumination source disposed in each of the plurality of channels such that the illumination source in each of the plurality of channels can be seen between the plurality of media elements as the rotatable hub portion operates.
VEHICLE WASH COMPONENT
A vehicle wash component includes a hub portion with a first hub section and a second hub section. The first hub section includes a first distal end and a first proximate end opposite the first distal end. The first hub section defines a first axis of rotation. The second hub section includes a second distal end and a second proximate end opposite the second distal end. The second hub section defines a second axis of rotation. A connector device rotatably couples the first hub section to the second hub section. An actuator is in communication with the first hub section to effectuate movement of the first distal end between a retracted position and an extended position. In the retracted position, the first axis of rotation and the second axis of rotation are parallel. In the extended position, the first axis of rotation is at a non-90 angle with respect to the second axis of rotation.

TREATMENT ELEMENT FOR A VEHICLE WASH MEDIA ELEMENT
A treatment element for attachment to a wash media element includes a tab portion for engaging and effecting attachment to the wash media element. A treatment head is connected to the tab portion and is configured to engage a vehicle exterior. The treatment head including a plurality of individual finger portions that are moveable with respect to one another.
Mitter wringer
A handheld mitter wringer tool is provided for cleansing build-up from hanging mitters. For example, one can expel build-up from a mitter, which is secured at one end to a fixed structure, by indenting the mitter between two non-cutting surfaces that extend across the width of the mitter, while moving the two surfaces along the mitter away from the secured end. Thus, a mitter wringer tool may have a pair of elongate plates that are operatively connected for movement from a fully-opened position, in which working faces of the plates are displaced apart for receiving a mitter, to a working position, in which the working faces are closely opposed and generally parallel for slidably gripping and wringing the mitter.
Automobile wash wand
An automobile washing wand includes a starfish shaped head having fingers reaching into tight corners of automobile exteriors. The head includes ports for water and soap to escape and bristles for scrubbing, and is attached to a stalk by a ball joint. A small cross-section water line runs through the stalk to supply water to the head while minimizing weight added to the wand by the presence of water in the wand. A liquid soap bottle is attached near a handle at the base of the stalk, and a selector has an OFF position, a RINSE position, and a WASH position.
AUTOMATED VEHICLE WASH AND POLISH APPARATUS
A system for cleaning, rinsing, drying, and polishing a vehicle surface having a robotic arm, a brush, a control system, wireless communication circuitry, and an electrical power source where the brush is mounted on the robotic arm, and the robotic arm is mounted on a vehicle and articulates about multiple axes and moves the brush over the vehicle surface, and the motor spins the brush, the movements based on a coordinate data set transmitted to the control system for operation on a specific vehicle type, make and model.
Car wash mitter and related method of use
An overhead vehicle wash mitter apparatus is provided. A mitter curtain can include multiple mitters that sway above a vehicle pathway as a vehicle travels along the pathway. Each mitter can include an upper end and a lower end closer to the vehicle pathway, a sheath defining an interior tube and an exterior surface that engages a vehicle surface, and a pad in the sheath. The pad can press outward on the sheath so that the sheath attains a first thickness, which can be at least ? inch, at least 1 inch, at least 1? inch or more, so the sheath is impaired from entering between a wiper and a surface of the vehicle, such as a window. Accordingly, damage to the wiper of the vehicle is prevented when the mitter engages the surface and the wiper. A related method of use is provided.
TOOL FOR CLEANING ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING COMPONENTS
A tool for cleaning the charging plug of an electric vehicle is disclosed having a handle, an extension rod, and first and second attachments for cleaning and polishing the surfaces of the charging plug. Within the handle is an electric motor controlled by an exterior switch, and the motor drives a cylindrical driver extending distally from the handle. The extension rod is receiving inside the driver and provides torque to the first and second extensions through rotation of the driver. The first attachment is a brush and the second attachment is a cleaning tube with a foam insert for polishing the pins of the charging plug pins.
