COMBINATION TOOL FOR USE WITH ICE AND SNOW
A combination tool for use with ice and snow is provided to perform a plurality of different functions with as device. The combination tool includes a shovel that can also serve as a traction pad that grips a tire that has lost traction in the snow. The shovel has a scoop near its forward end that has an apex of an arcuate profile configured to align a tire with lugs on a vehicle. The shovel may be reinforced with a plurality of strengthening ribs or gussets to support the weight of snow during shoveling actions and support the weight of vehicles when used as a traction pad. The shovel may be formed as a monolithic uniform unibody member. A brush may be provided to enable the combination tool to have a first configuration with the brush and shovel nested together and a second configuration where they are connected end-to-end.
Long-Bristled Brush
A long-bristled brush has a handle, a base, and a set of bristles. The handle is ergonomically designed to facilitate extended usage by individuals with both large and small hands. The base is a rigid connector platform that has a flat portion and a curved portion with the flat portion being used to accommodate larger hands than the curved portion. The base is connected in between the handle and the bristles to enable a user to manipulate the long-bristled brush when performing cleaning operations. Each of the bristles is designed to resist plastic deformation and thus includes a bristle body and a reinforcement insert. The reinforcement insert is a semirigid rod that is integrated into the bristle body so that the bristles return to a substantially straight configuration after being bent. The long-bristled brush employs these components to clean hard-to-reach places on a vehicle or other device.
ROTARY BRUSH FOR WASHING SYSTEMS, PARTICULARLY FOR VEHICLES
A rotary brush for automatic vehicle washing systems, said brush comprising a central unit (2) and a plurality of cleaning elements (3), operatively supported by and coupled to said central unit (2) through removable coupling means (7); the cleaning elements (3) being removable from said central unit (2) and it being possible to replace and/or remove them without requiring the removal of said central unit from the rotary structure; said central unit (2) comprises a rigid shaft (4) that supports a plurality of supporting elements (5) comprising a plurality of lugs (53) to which the cleaning elements (3) are fastened; the rotary brush is characterized in that said cleaning elements (3) comprise bands (33), fringed and fringeless, helically arranged on said central unit (2) in such a way that each band (33) is coupled to a plurality of supporting elements (5).
Truck Bed Liner Cleaning Tool
The present invention relates to a truck bed liner cleaning tool. The tool includes a long handle having an ergonomic grip detachably-secured to a brush head/cleaning frame. The brush head is configured in a wave/S-shape and has bristles disposed on the bottom. The bristles are arranged in a vertically raised and lowered form, forming an S-pattern to allow easy cleaning of the grooves of the bed liner. The brush head can have one or more storage cavities for storing cleaning solution, fresh water, etc. The bristles are designed to clean debris from the truck bed liner and prevent the bed liner from becoming stained, foul-smelling, discolored or deteriorated due to lack of cleaning.
IMPROVED VEHICLE CLEANING TOOL
Vehicle cleaning tools including: a cleaning head comprises a housing, the housing comprising an application face and a recess at the application face; a waiting cavity for cleaning liquid; a supply tube configured for supplying the waiting cavity with cleaning liquid; and, a nozzle comprising a passage for cleaning liquid flow from the waiting cavity to the recess.
QUICK-CHANGE SURFACE PANEL
A quick-change surface panel for a carwash, and a system for using a quick-change surface panel for a carwash are disclosed. The surface panel is an annular piece of flexible hygroscopic material. The surface panel is partitioned from its outer diameter inward towards the inner diameter, creating a plurality of radially-arranged wash elements. The radially-arranged wash elements terminate at a common center. A two-piece collar attaches each quick-change surface panel to a rotational hub. A spacer is positioned between each quick-change surface panel.
Snow/ice cleaning tool and method
The present invention is a snow/ice cleaning tool for removing snow or ice or a combination of such from a vehicle windshield for also rotating the wiper arms to a rest position for cleaning and returning the wiper arms to a working position in contact with the windshield. The cleaning tool has an elongated handle having one or more working ends incorporating snow/ice cleaning devices. Connected to the handle and slanting away from the handle axis is a grasping device with an opening therein for grasping the wiper arms. The present invention allows for the user to lift and lower the wiper arms from either side of the vehicle in a manner that is safe and ergonomic, regardless of the direction in which the wiper arms pivot.
Roller-type wheel flange surface powder removing device
The present invention discloses a roller-type wheel flange surface powder removing device, that includes a corresponding roller brush that is replaced according to the size of a wheel to be processed. A manipulator places the wheel at corresponding positions of limit discs, output ends of cylinders extend to drive pressure blocks to press the wheel, and a sliding seat and a mechanism thereon reciprocate along with a rack within the travel range of guide pillars. While a second motor starts working, a first motor drives a second gear to rotate, and a first gear transmits the rotation speed to the roller brush through a support shaft according to a certain transmission ratio. The roller brush is driven by a third gear 23 and a rack 24 while rotating with the support shaft. The roller brush reciprocates to clean the surface of the wheel.
ROTARY BRUSH FOR CARWASH
A rotary brush for a carwash comprised of a rotational hub, a plastic clip core, a plurality of longitudinal washing elements (“LWE”) and an equal plurality of plastic clips, for retaining the LWE to the plastic clip core. A plastic clip core is comprised of a plastic clip core, a plurality of longitudinal washing elements (“LWE”) and an equal plurality of plastic clips. The plastic clip core assembly is mated to a rotational hub, creating the rotary brush. The plastic clip core has a plurality of semi-cylindrical void cavities, each with an adjoining cylindrical void cavity. Each plastic clip has two parallel members, a first member and a second member. Each LWE has an upper edge, lower edge, free edge, and a cylindrical mount. A first member of a plastic clip fits into the cylindrical mount of the LWE and the semi-cylindrical void cavity. The second member of the plastic clip fits into the cylindrical void cavity, thus securing the LWE to the plastic clip core. The plastic clip core mates with the rotational hub in a no-slip condition.
Multi-surface cleaning brush
A multi-surface cleaning brush may include: a head portion, an optional handle, and an optional tail portion. The head portion may include a head and a hemi-spheroid region formed by a first plurality of bristles coupled to the head in which the first plurality of bristles may terminate distally from the head to form a substantially hemi-spheroid shape. The head portion and tail portion may be coupled to opposing ends of the handle. Preferably, the first plurality of bristles may comprise microfiber. Preferably, the brush may also include a radial region formed by a second plurality of bristles which may terminate distally from the head to form a substantially cylindrical shape, and the radial region may be positioned between the hemi-spheroid region and the optional handle. An optional handle may be configured as an ergonomically shaped hand grip so that the user's hand may grip the brush via the handle.
