GRILL CLEANER INCLUDING WIRE LOOPS
A grill cleaner generally includes a wire brush formed by a plurality of wire loops extending from a brush block. The wire loops may include a solid core wire or a wire cable/cord (e.g., a plurality of wound wire strands). In one embodiment, the wire loops may be formed as individual wire loops having the ends secured in sleeves (e.g., crimped). The grill cleaner also include one or more handles to allow a user to urge the wire loops across a grate of a grill such that movement of the wire loops across the grate dislodges debris (e.g., food particles) adhered to a surface of the grate.
Twisted wire brush and method making
A twisted wire brush comprises a twisted wire core, and first and second lengths of spring coil. The twisted wire core comprises a first core wire intertwined with a second core wire. The first and second lengths of spring coil extend about the first core wire, and the second length of spring coil extends about the first length of spring coil. The first and second lengths of spring coil are pressed between the first core wire and the second core wire. In another embodiment, a method of making a twisted wire brush comprises providing a first and a second core wire, positioning a first length of spring coil to extend inside a second length of spring coil, and the first and second lengths of spring coil to extend about the first core wire, and twisting the first core wire and the second core wire about a core axis.
DEVICE FOR CLEANING INNER SURFACE OF PIPE
The device is for cleaning the inner surface of a pipe. The device has a spindle arranged to be rotated and having a front end and a rear end between which a plurality of elastic metal blades are attached both in the rotation direction of the spindle and in the direction perpendicular to the rotation direction to clean the inner surface of the pipe. The blades has a shape that is curved at at least two points such that they curve at least once towards the circumferential direction of the spindle and at least once outwards from the circumferential direction of the spindle to prevent the device from getting stuck in uneven pipe systems.
METHOD FOR WAFER BACKSIDE POLISHING
A method of cleaning and polishing a backside surface of a semiconductor wafer is provided. The method includes placing an abrasive brush, comprising an abrasive tape wound around an outer surface of a brush member of the abrasive brush, on the backside surface of the semiconductor wafer. The method also includes rotating the brush member to polish the backside surface of the semiconductor wafer by abrasive grains formed on the abrasive tape and to clean the backside surface of the semiconductor wafer by the brush member which is not covered by the abrasive tape.
WIRE-SHAPED GRINDING ELEMENT FOR POLISHING BRUSH, AND POLISHING BRUSH
A wire-shaped grinding element (10) is used as a grinding element for a polishing brush. The wire-shaped grinding element (10) includes inorganic filaments and a resin that impregnates the inorganic filaments and is cured. The inorganic filaments contain 80 to 90% by weight of an alumina component and 20 to 10% by weight of a silica component. The crystal structure of the inorganic filaments includes mullite crystals and intermediate lumina. The mullite crystals have an average grain size smaller than 25 nm.
Brush assembly
The present invention relates to a brush unit (3) and to an associated rotary brush tool. The brush unit (3) is equipped with a brush holder (10, 11), which can be driven in rotation, and with an annular brush (4, 5) with a bristle-covered rim (8) with outwardly protruding bristles (5). Furthermore, a stop means (14) which dips into the rotating bristle-covered rim (8) is provided. According to the invention, the stop means (14) simultaneously acts as an abrasive body (14) for the bristles (5). In this case, a distinction is made between both functions (stopper function and abrasive function) according to a direction of rotation (R) of the annular brush (4, 5) and/or a setting position of the stop means (14) as compared to the bristle-covered rim (8).
Low pressure polishing method and apparatus
A low pressure, low speed concrete polishing apparatus and method of cleaning and polishing a floor a polishing pad and interchangeable polymer strips. The interchangeable polymer strips are slideably received within the housing of the pad. The polymer strips have an abrasive material embedded therein which collectively work to polish the floor while cleaning the floor during normal speed floor cleaning conditions.
Fire hydrant cleaning device
An apparatus for clearing around an associated stationary object includes a housing having a top wall, a side wall, and at least one opening extending through the side wall. At least one paddle member is mounted to and extends radially outward from an exterior surface of the housing. The paddle member is adapted to clear around the associated stationary object. The apparatus further includes a plurality of elongated cables mounted to a support that is selectively secured to an interior surface of the housing. The elongated cables are adapted to clean around the associated stationary object.
A method of mechanically operated scouring abrasion and a mechanically operated scouring abrasion head
The present invention published a method of mechanically operated scouring abrasion and a mechanically operated scouring abrasion head which transmits the pushing force to the top of the scouring abrasion object to scour and abrade the surface. The mechanically operated scouring abrasion head comprises a scouring abrasion object, scouring abrasion head, supporting position and pushing position. The scouring abrasion object is connected with the scouring abrasion head. The supporting position is on the scouring abrasion head wherein a ratio of the scouring and abrasion force is adjusted by adjusting a position and work pattern of the supporting position to generate scouring and abrasion momentum of different ratios and swing the scouring abrasion object back and forth downward. The present invention deals with the stains in the irregular concaves, which rapidly clean the convex or the stubborn stains on the regular plane which can't be achieved by the conventional technology.
Grill cleaner
A grill cleaner with a handle and a head is provided. The handle includes a first end and a second end. The head is attached to the second end of the handle. The present invention further includes a grill brush including a block and a plurality of bristles protruding from the block. The grill brush is removeably attached to the head so that the grill brush may be easily replaced once the bristles have been worn down. A bristle wear indicator is attached to and protrudes from the head beyond the block and ending at a plane in between a first end of the plurality of bristles and a second end of the plurality of bristles. Therefore, once the bristles have worn down to the plane, the user is indicated to replace the grill brush.
