Fertilizer combinations
Disclosed herein is a composition comprising fertilizer particles being coated with at least two layers of superabsorbent polymers such that leachate of nitrogen in the soil is substantially decreased.
AGRICULTURAL FORMULATION
In order that an agriculturally active ingredient, particularly a water-insoluble or water-hardly soluble agriculturally active ingredient sufficiently exerts its effects, it is used preferably in the form of an agricultural formulation having the agriculturally active ingredient dissolved, particularly a clear agricultural formulation having not only the agriculturally active ingredient but also other components contained in the agricultural formulation dissolved. When the agricultural formulation is practically used, if foaming when diluted with water is intense, foam may overflow from a tank in which the solution is prepared. A clear agricultural formulation having the agriculturally active ingredient dissolved and further other components contained in the agricultural formulation dissolved, and its foaming when diluted with water suppressed, is required. An agricultural formulation includes an agriculturally active ingredient (a), a surfactant (b), a silicone compound (c) represented by formula (I) and an organic solvent (d), wherein (a), (b) and (c) are dissolved in (d).
GRANULES OF POLYHALITE, POTASH AND AMMONIUM SULPHATE AND A COMPACTION PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF
According to some embodiments of the present invention there is provided herein a compacted granule of Polyhalite, Potassium salt and an inorganic binder comprising a strength of 2.7 KgF/Granule when measured after production.
Biodegradable microporous coating
A coating for a water-soluble granule comprises a solubilized organosolv lignin as a component for the purpose of limiting the transport of fertilizer through the coating wherein the coating biodegradable. A microporous biodegradable coating includes a blend of an organosolv lignin and cellulous acetate.
Controlled-release fertilizer compositions
A controlled-release fertilizer composition includes coated fertilizer particles having granules substantially encapsulated with a polyurethane coating layer formed from a polyol composition and an isocyanate curing agent. The polyurethane coating layers include inorganic particles. Methods of making and using the controlled-release fertilizer compositions are also disclosed.
BIODEGRADABLE POLYMERS ON FERTILIZER NUTRIENTS
A controlled release fertilizer includes a core including plant nutrient particles and a biodegradable coating composition forming at least one layer surrounding the core, the composition comprising cellulose, the at least one layer being structured as a semi-permeable surface membrane configured to release the plant nutrients from the core in a linear manner.
Coated granular fertilizers, methods of manufacture thereof, and uses
A coated fertilizer comprises a fertilizer granule; and a coating disposed on a surface of the fertilizer granule, wherein the coating comprises a poly(lactic acid); a second polymer comprising a poly(butylene succinate), a cellulose triacetate, or a combination comprising at least one of the foregoing; and a sealant. Methods of making the coated fertilizer are also disclosed.
Controlled-release type fertilizer with decreased floating property comprising polyoxyethylene alky(-aryl) ether and method for preparing the same
The present invention relates to a controlled-release type fertilizer with remarkably decreased floating property, comprising a granular fertilizer core; a coating layer (shell) formed on the surface of the granular fertilizer core, and comprising olefin-based resin; and additives attached on the coating layer, and comprising polyoxyethylene alkyl(-aryl)ether.
Composite coating for seed
In an agricultural product, a seed is contained within a composite coating. The composite coating has successive layers, and one or more of the layers can include fertilizer, a binder, and/or lime.
