Folding table
Provided is a folding table for which a work of installing leg units on a tabletop is simplified, and squeaking and rattling are prevented even when the tabletop is used for a long period of time, so that the tabletop can be rotated smoothly. A protruding portion that protrudes in a horizontal direction is integrally formed on a bracket. By providing, on an upper portion of the leg units, a fitting hole into which the protruding portion fits and fitting the protruding portion into the fitting hole while crimping a distal end of the protruding portion in the horizontal direction, the bracket is connected to the leg units, and the tabletop is rotated using the protruding portion as a rotating shaft.
Article of furniture having a latch mechanism
An article of furniture can include a latch mechanism. The latch mechanism can include an actuation mechanism having a housing that is moveable relative to a guide member from a first position to a second position, at least one detent mechanism comprising a first detent mechanism having a first detent member that is moveable from a first position to a second position, and an articulation mechanism positioned between the actuation mechanism and the first detent mechanism. The articulation mechanism can connect the first detent mechanism to the housing such that motion of the housing from the first position of the housing to the second position of the housing causes the first detent member to move from the first position of the first detent member to the second position of the first detent member.
SUPPORTING ASSEMBLY WITH LOCKING MECHANISM AND FOLDABLE STRUCTURE HAVING SAME
Disclosed are supporting assemblies and foldable structures having supporting assemblies. A supporting assembly includes a locking mechanism that is easy to operate. The locking mechanism is configured to lock the supporting assembly in an unfold state to prevent inadvertent folding of the supporting assembly. It can be unlocked easily when folding the supporting assembly is desired. Additionally or optionally, the supporting assembly includes a protecting component configured to enhance safety during the operation of the locking mechanism.
Foldable Leg Assembly
A foldable table that provides a stable operational position in which the table legs may extend beyond the footprint of the table, and a folded, storage position in which the table legs may be tucked within the footprint of the table. An aspect provides table legs that may slide and pivot within sockets of a table top, to enable the legs to lock into the extended position and to also pivot flat against a horizontal undersurface of the table top.
Foldable Table
A foldable table includes a first tabletop panel, a second tabletop panel, and a reinforcing frame which includes first through fourth reinforcing members mounted along longitudinal sides of the first and second tabletop panels respectively, a first transverse member transversely extended between outer end portions of the first and second reinforcing members at the first tabletop panel, and a second transverse member transversely extended between outer end portions of the third and fourth reinforcing members at the second tabletop panel. Two ends of the first transverse member are affixed to the first and second reinforcing members in a non-rotatably movable manner. Two ends of the second transverse member are affixed to the third and fourth reinforcing members in a non-rotatably movable manner. Therefore, the first and second transverse members enhance the rigidity of the reinforcement frame to support two transverse sides of the first and second tabletop panels respectively.
Furnishing element having a folding support shelf and/or a folding support structure
A furnishing element, such as a table, a stool, or a desk includes a support structure having at least one support leg defining a vertical axis, a support shelf, supported by and connected to the support structure by a connector. In a use configuration, the support shelf is parallel to a horizontal plane. The connector includes a first joint and a second joint independent of each other. The first joint identifies a first hinge axis parallel to the horizontal plane to permit rotation and folding of the support shelf towards the support structure, to position the support shelf perpendicular to the horizontal plane in a folded configuration. The second joint identifies a second hinge axis which permits rotation of the support leg towards the support shelf, to position the support leg parallel to the horizontal plane in a folded configuration.
Folding table
A folding table is provided. The folding table includes a base assembly, a vertical support, and a tabletop. The vertical support is rotatably connected to the base assembly, and base assembly rotates with respect to the vertical support to fold relative to the vertical support. The tabletop is rotatably connected to the vertical support, and the tabletop rotates with respect to the vertical support to fold relative to the vertical support. The folding table facilitates compact storage.
WORK TABLE
A collapsible table is provided. The table includes a top portion, a bottom portion, a first set of legs, and a second set of legs. Each set of legs are interconnected by a cross bar at one end and rotatably coupled to the ends of the bottom surface of the first portion at an opposing end. Two sets of arms are attached to the cross bars and rotatably coupled to the bottom surface of the second portion. In a deployed configuration, both sets of legs extend from the bottom surface of the first portion, and both sets of arms extend in opposite directions, positioning the second portion horizontally distant from the first portion. In a collapsed configuration, both sets of legs and both sets of arms fold such that each are adjacent to the bottom surfaces, positioning the second portion adjacent to the first portion.
