Table construction includes two adjacent parallel sections joined in the middle with a piano-type hinge so that it may be closed and moved or carried easily as like a suitcase or unfolded to form a flat working surface. The double leg support structure on both sides of the adjacent parallel sections distributes the weight of animals who may move continually across the sections providing unique stability.

This is achieved according to the invention in that the second fixing element (16) is arranged, as a second fixing element (16) formed separately from the base frame (2), so as to be fixedly connectable to the base frame (2).

A bag with integral legs. The bag includes a base with sidewalk forming a main compartment with an interior volume. A pair of legs is attached to a lower side of the base and configured to pivot between a stowed position and an extended position. In the extended position, the bag is supported off of a ground surface at a desired height. Additionally, the bag includes a tray configured to extend outwardly from the bag, providing a convenient work surface for a user. The bag may further include a lower pocket adapted to fully enclose the pair of legs therein when the pair of legs is in the stowed position. Some embodiments include a locking hinge to lock each of the pair of legs either in a stowed or in an extended position, offering additional stability to the bag when in an elevated position.

When the table top is at an unfolded position, the operating member is operable from a lock state, where the second engaging portion of the operating member is biased by the resilient unit to engage the first engaging portion of the top seat, to an unlock state, where the second engaging portion is disengaged from the first engaging portion against a resilient force of the resilient unit, thereby permitting pivot movement of the table top to the folded position.

The cover pivot may be located nearer the longitudinal sidewall of the tabletop member than the first arm end portion.

A plurality of legs is each pivotally coupled to the case portion. Each of the legs is positionable in a stored position having each of the legs being recessed in the case portion. Each of the legs is positionable in a deployed position has each of the legs extending downwardly from the case portion for supporting the briefcase above a support surface. In this way the briefcase can be employed as a table.
