Adjustable height desk system
Disclosed is a desk system having a freestanding leg assembly, a frame being attachable to an upper portion of the freestanding leg assembly and an adjustable height desktop platform comprising a table top and a supporting leg assembly. The supporting leg assembly may extend between the frame and the table top and the supporting leg assembly may have a scissor lift for adjusting the height of the table top away from the freestanding leg assembly. Disclosed is a desk system having a telescoping leg assembly, configured to adjustable raise or lower a table top of the desk. Disclosed is a desk system with an interface to power the adjustable desk, wherein the interface is visible and operable through the table top.
Height Adjustable Work Surface
A height adjustable work surface is described that may be utilized as a standalone desk or table, or integrated with a larger work surface to provide selective height adjustability to only a portion of a work surface. The height adjustable work surface preferably utilizes a modular trapezoidal frame structure, including trapezoid tube weldments, corner castings and machined hardened connector pins. The lift mechanism preferably includes parallelogram linkages, pneumatic gas cylinders, sliding brake bar mechanism and brake release handles to provide height adjustment functionality.
DISPLAY POSITIONING APPARATUS AND METHOD
Embodiments of the invention include an apparatus for positioning an electronic display. The apparatus can be combined with an existing work surface to provide a multi-position workstation. In some cases the apparatus includes a mounting portion configured to support an electronic display and a keyboard. The mounting portion may be movable with respect to the work surface between multiple positions, including for example, a sitting position and a standing position. Methods for positioning an electronic display and a keyboard are also included.
HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE DESKTOP WORK SURFACE
In one example, a height adjustable desktop system is described that can include a work surface, a foot assembly and a linkage assembly that adjustably connects the work surface to the foot assembly allowing vertical adjustment of the work surface. The linkage assembly can include a pair of adjustment assemblies, each having a transverse linkage that maintains the work surface in a horizontal orientation as the work surface is elevated or lowered. A biasing mechanism, such as an extension spring or a torsion spring, biases the work surface toward the elevated position.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR A SIT-STAND WORKSTATION
The present invention provides methods and a workstation that includes a work table, wherein the work table includes: a first work surface and a second work surface, wherein the second work surface is configured to have vertical movement such that the second work surface can be selectively placed in a first plurality of vertical positions relative to the first work surface, and a first motor operatively coupled to the second work surface and configured to power the vertical movement of the second work surface; and a plurality of legs coupled to the work table, wherein the plurality of legs is configured to support the work table above a ground surface, and wherein the plurality of legs includes a lift mechanism configured to raise and lower the plurality of legs such that the work table can be selectively placed in a plurality of height configurations relative to the ground surface.
MODULAR TABLE ASSEMBLY
A modular table assembly comprising first and second table units, each table unit including a top planar surface, a bottom surface and a plurality of respective first and second unit foot connectors located on the bottom surfaces of the table units. The assembly further comprising a plurality of foot members for supporting the first and second table units and being selectively connectable in one of a first configuration in which unit connectors are connected to a corresponding one of the first unit foot connectors and to a corresponding one of the second unit foot connectors to thereby connect together the first and second table units positioned adjacent each other, and a second configuration in which the unit connectors are all connected to a single one of the first and second unit foot connectors.
