ASSEMBLY TABLE
An assembly table includes two first table leg frames, two second table leg frames and a table board. The two first table leg frames are clamped with the two second table leg frames. The two first table leg frames are further fixedly connected to the two second table leg frames via a hand bolt. When the assembly table is assembled, only adjacent first table leg frame and second table leg frame are clamped, and connected via a hand bolt. by clamping, relative positions of the first table leg frame and the second table leg frame may be defined. By connecting with the hand bolt, the first table leg frame and the second table leg frame are fixed for a second time.
METHOD OF ADJUSTING THE INCLINATION OF A FURNITURE LEG AND A MOUNTING SET
A method of adjusting the inclination of a furniture leg and a mounting set including a base part, a mounting part, a fixation means, and a furniture leg. The base part comprises a first truncated cone element with an inclined surface. The mounting part includes a second truncated cone element having an inclined surface with a connecting element for detachable connection of the furniture leg. The fixation means prevents rotational movement between the base part and the mounting part. The mounting part is detachably fixated to the base part for allowing the mounting part to be rotated relative to the base part for adjusting the inclination angle of the furniture leg relative to the vertical plane being perpendicular to the planar underside of the furniture.
LEG COUPLING FOR TABLE
To provide a leg coupling for a table, etc., which is suitably used for attaching a table leg made of, for example, solid wood, and which is simple in structure and which can be manufactured easily and inexpensively, and which can be attached to a table leg having various shapes and/or various sectional shapes easily and firmly.
Removable table leg
A table leg has an elongate leg having, a locking rod, and an annular knob having an internally threaded hole threadedly receiving the locking rod therethrough. Top and bottom fixed plates are provided for sandwiching the annular knob therebetween. An L-shaped bracket having a vertical portion that extends from a bottom edge to a corner, and a horizontal portion that extends from the corner to a terminal edge, is attached to the top and bottom fixed plates for clamping the table between the horizontal portion and the locking rod.
Work surface attachment mechanism, article of furniture, and method of making the article of furniture
An article of furniture can include a work surface attachment mechanism that is configured to adjustably connect a work surface to a base of the article. The work surface attachment mechanism can be incorporated into one or more legs and be configured to facilitate attachment of different work surfaces of different thicknesses to the base for supporting the work surface above a floor. The work surface attachment mechanism can be adjustable to facilitate such functionality while avoiding large sized gaps that can detract from the aesthetic effect of the article or the base of the article.
FASTENING MECHANISM AND A FURNITURE ASSEMBLY
A fastening mechanism configured to connect a first member to a second member, the fastening mechanism comprising: a clamp member having an enclosure for enclosing the first member, and engagement sheets extending from two side edges of the enclosure, the engagement sheet being provided with a first engagement portion; a locking member having slots, the engagement sheets of the clamp member being configured to be able to be inserted through the slots; and an actuating and tensioning means, wherein the actuating and tensioning means comprises: a main body portion provided with second engagement portions engaged with the first engagement portions of the engagement sheets, and a force application mechanism affixed to the main body portion for applying a force on the locking member to shift the relative position between the locking member and the clamp member. Also, the disclosure relates to a furniture assembly using the fastening mechanism.
Mechanical locking system for building panels
Panels with a mechanical locking system including a separate and flexible tongue allowing connection with a snap action are described herein. An outer edge part of the separate flexible tongue includes a guiding protrusion that facilitates disassembly of the panels and that is deformed during locking and/or unlocking.
Joint with curved tenon
A joint for furniture includes furniture piece that has a first hole that extends through a surface of the furniture piece and out the furniture piece, and that has a second hole with an opening in the furniture piece. A leg is fitted to the furniture piece. The leg has a hole. A curved tenon piece includes a head. The curved tenon piece is curved sufficiently to allow the curved tenon to enter the first hole through the surface of the furniture piece, to exit the first hole, to extend through the hole in the leg and to enter into the second hole so that the head leg is held snugly to the furniture piece by the curved tenon piece.
FOLDING TABLE
A device may include a slat defining a planar surface. A device may include a first leg including: a leg segment with a predominantly planar portion. A device may include a spring tab on a first longitudinal end of the leg segment, the first leg being pivotably coupled at the first longitudinal end of the leg segment to the slat. A device may include a second leg pivotably coupled to the slat. A device may include an alignment shaft configured to be coupled to the slat, the spring tab being configured to be coupled to the alignment shaft via a friction fit as the first leg is rotated to an open position.
Post engageable table
A post engageable table system is provided where one or two half sections of a table are removably engageable to one or both sides of an upright support post. Compressive fasteners adjacent recesses on a contact edge of each table half section are positionable to a compressive engagement with a second side of the post wherein they can be engaged, removed, or adjusted for height in such an engagement.
