A sliding table includes a sliding seat having a seat body made from a first material and disposed between two main rigid rails parallel with each other. The seat body has two opposite rail recesses opening toward the main rigid rails, and two inner cyclic track holes disposed between the rail recesses. Two seat body rigid rails made from a second material harder than the first material are fixed in the rail recesses to confront the main rigid rails. Two roller belt modules are arranged in two cyclic track members overmolded to the seat body. A glide can be rotatably coupled to the head unit assembly and engaged with the worksurface. The glide can include a latch configured to translate with respect to a glide body of the glide. The mobile workstation can include a worksurface opening mechanism having a locking configuration and an unlocking configuration. The worksurface opening mechanism can include a latch release handle moveably coupled to the head unit assembly. Movement of the latch release handle can transition the worksurface opening mechanism between the locked configuration and the unlocked configuration. A release assembly can selectively engage with the first latch. A lift system can bias the worksurface away from the head unit assembly.

A reconfigurable work station includes a work surface supported atop a pedestal and base. A linkage arm is affixed to the base or pedestal at a first end and pivotally connected to a fixed member at a second end. The work station can pivot, with the linkage arm, about the fixed member to be selectively positioned in multiple positions. The pedestal may be height adjustable and the work surface may be rotatable atop the pedestal. Alternatively, the work station can include two pedestals and the linkage arm can be rotatably connected to one of the pedestals to rotate the work station, as well as to pivot the work station about the fixed member. Work stations within respective work spaces can be selectively positioned in focused or collaborative configurations.

The tapered gear system used in the mechanism allowing the tabletop to rotate to the desired position. A multi-platform, ergonomic workstation that is portable and capable of attaching to different types of exercise equipment, which allows the user to comfortably type, work, or conduct business for extended periods of time while using the exercise equipment. A mobile table including a selectively rotatable table top that is configured to securely rotate about an axis in an unlocked position and to be secured in a predetermined plane in a locked position; and two spaced apart frame members securely connected to the selectively rotatable table top positioned on a first end of each spaced apart frame member and movement members attached to a second end of each spaced apart frame members that are configured to selectively move the mobile table to and from desired locations.

A multi-use convertible furniture piece, having a table top including a channel, the channel configured to receive a lid panel therethrough, a support frame connected to the table top, a door operably connected to the frame, the door including at least one receiving pocket, the lid panel configured to connect to the table top and the door, and wherein the door is hinged to the support frame and a portion of the lid panel is received into the receiving pocket. The multi-use convertible furniture piece is also configured to receive and store the lid panel on at least one portion of the support frame.
