Portable cutting table with improved folding leg assemblies
A portable cutting table including a top having an upper portion and a lower portion and a table skirt secured to the lower portion of the top. The table includes folding leg assemblies, each having a pair of support legs. Each leg has a distal end defining a bevel having a predetermined angle, and a proximal end defining a compound curve including at least a first curve with a first radius of curvature and a second curve with a second radius of curvature. The first curve defines a notch in an outer face of the leg corresponding to the predetermined angle. The second curve has a midpoint and a center of curvature so the proximal end of each leg defines a pivot point located at least halfway between the midpoint and the center of curvature. Each support leg is pivotably connected at the pivot point to the table skirt.
Table with molded plastic table top
A table may be sized and configured to nest with an adjacent table to reduce a height of a plurality of stacked tables in a nested configuration. The tabletop may include an upper surface, a sidewall and a receiving portion at least partially disposed in the upper surface and the sidewall. The receiving portion may be sized and configured to receive an engaging portion of an adjacent table when the tables are disposed in a nested configuration. The tabletop may also include a plurality of strengthen members disposed in the lower portion of the tabletop that are sized and configured to support the receiving portion. For example, the strengthening members may include an inner surface sized and configured to support an inner surface of the receiving portion.
Protective Placemat
A protective placemat for providing protection against injury against edges of a table. The protective placemat includes a platform. The protective placemat includes a bumper region positioned at one end of the platform. The protective placemat includes loops at the second end of the platform, opposite the bumper region. When the protective placemat is placed on top of the table, the bumper region is positioned over and across one edge of the table. This positioning provides safety to an individual at a table because instead of a person's head accidentally coming in contact with the edge of the table, the bumper region provides cushioning to prevent the individual from getting injured on the sharp edge of the table. The platform rolls up such that the loops encircle the rolled-up platform and secure the platform in a rolled-up configuration for easy transport.
TABLE
A molded plastic structure may comprise a tabletop with an upper surface and a lower surface. A lip may extend downwardly relative to the lower surface of the tabletop, and the lip may include an outer surface and an inner surface. An inwardly extending portion may extend inwardly from the inner surface of the lip. A frame may be connected to the tabletop and the frame may include a side rail of a frame. The side rail may include a receiving portion that receives the inwardly extending portion. The side rail may also include a portion that supports the lower surface of the tabletop and a portion that supports the lip.
Table apparatus and method
Some implementations of a table system can include a protective member that is positionable below a table to provide protection to both a table and chairs. The protective member can extend lateral beyond a peripheral edge of the table top, for example, to protect the table and accessory furniture while allowing the table top and the peripheral edge of the table top to remain exposed.
Edge strip and method for its manufacture
An edge strip for pieces of furniture including a main body with an underside that can be attached to a piece of furniture and an upper side facing away from the underside, wherein the upper side has at least one transition section sloping down towards an edge of the main body. In order to enable an improved visual impression of the edge strip in the transition section, the transition section slopes down in a stepped manner towards the edge of the main body, wherein the transition section has at least two steps, each with an upper side surface and an edge side surface per step, wherein the upper side surfaces are aligned independently of one another in relation to the underside and wherein the edge side surfaces are inclined independently of one another in relation to the underside.
Table with floating perimeter support
A banquet table comprises a laminate tabletop with a high-pressure solid composite laminate of paper impregnated with resin. A hoop carries a perimeter of the tabletop and has a perimeter with a size and a shape substantially matching a size and a shape of a perimeter of the tabletop. Elongated runners carry an interior of the tabletop. Legs are coupled to the runners and extend to elevate the tabletop thereon. A polymer trim surrounds the perimeter of the hoop. The trim has a vertical height substantially the same as a vertical thickness of the hoop, with the tabletop extending above a height of the trim so that the tabletop has an exposed perimeter edge. The trim has a horizontal thickness extending laterally beyond the tabletop.
TABLE PANEL
The present disclosure discloses a table panel, which comprises a table panel comprises a support panel and a metal frame. A periphery of the support panel is disposed with a downward folding edge, and the metal frame is disposed on a bottom of the support panel and is disposed along the periphery of the support panel. An outer side surface of the metal frame abuts an inner side surface of the downward folding edge. A lower end of the outer side surface of the metal frame is disposed with a connecting piece extending downward, and a bottom of the connecting piece is outwardly folded from a bottom of the downward folding edge to define a pressing edge configured to be buckled to an outer side of the bottom of the downward folding edge. The pressing edge is secured to the downward folding edge by riveting.
Laminate Countertop with Synthetic Polymer Substrate
A laminate countertop with a curved edge profile includes a base support including a synthetic polymer material. The synthetic polymer material can be a closed-cell polymer foam. The base support includes a top surface, a bottom surface, opposing longitudinal sides, at least one of which comprises the curved edge profile, and opposing latitudinal sides. The countertop also includes a laminate cover formed from a cured resin material adhered to and covering at least a portion of the top surface and at least a portion of the curved edge profile of the base support. A method for forming the laminate countertop includes steps of providing the base support and adhering the laminate cover over at least a portion of the top surface and a portion of the curved edge profile of the base support.
System, method and kit regarding application of a metal edge to a surface
A surface including a notch. The notch is defined by first and second surfaces, wherein the second surface extends at a non-zero angle with respect to the first surface. The surface includes a metal edge inserted entirely into a volume of space defined by the first and second surfaces and attached to the surface. The metal edge includes a first piece having a male connector. The metal edge further includes a second piece that includes a female connector that interconnects with the male connector, wherein when the male connector engages the female connector the second piece extends lengthwise along a direction at which the first piece extends. The metal edge further includes a front surface that faces away from the second surface and a rear surface that faces the second surface and covers a portion of the second surface.
