MODULAR CONFERENCE TABLE
20210169213 · 2021-06-10 · ·

A modular conference table allows meeting participants and office staff to quickly and effectively change the length of the conference table as the needs of the meeting participants change. The present invention includes a tabletop assembly including a first end-top, a second end-top, and a modular insert top. Additionally, modular conference table includes a leg assembly upholding the tabletop assembly. The legs assembly includes two terminal supports and center supports. The modular conference table can be expanded in order to accommodate the needs of the user by adding an additional number of modular insert tops, modesty panels, and center supports. Thus, the invention allows attendees of meetings and office staff to adjust the size of a conference table according to the size of the space or the needs of the user.

A table assembly includes a tabletop member having a tabletop worksurface and a downwardly directed lower surface. A leg structure including first and second substantially vertical and spaced apart leg members is coupled to the lower surface for supporting the tabletop member. An elongated horizontal upper member extends between upper ends of the leg members. An elongated horizontal lower member below the tabletop member lower surface extends between and is joined to the leg members intermediate their upper and lower ends to form a gap with the upper member. A removable accessory bracket includes a substantially flat vertical member extending along a first plane and a lip member coupled to an upper end of the vertical member, the lip member extending along a second, substantially parallel plane spaced from the first plane and engaging the lower member to support the accessory bracket adjacent the outer surface of the lower member.

A table arrangement includes a height adjustment mechanisms for movement of one or more height adjustable tabletops. When more than one tabletop is present, each of the tabletops can be independently moveable. Embodiments of the table arrangement can be configured so that a user can manipulate an actuation mechanism to have the tabletop automatically moved to a pre-selected position without the user having to manually control the actuation mechanism to cause the tabletop to move to that pre-selected position.

Retractable table

A retractable table may include a table body wound around the retraction mechanism in the housing when accommodated and drawn out and unfolded to the outside of the housing through the accommodation hole when drawn out, and a support mechanism provided at a side end portion of the table body, including a plurality of pieces, each of which is folded to overlap the table body or unfolded from the table body, and including magnetic bodies provided on the pieces to provide rigidity such that, when the table body is deployed, the pieces are connected to each other through the magnetic bodies to maintain the deployed state of the table body.

The present invention provides an extended table for use as a piece of furniture, comprising a table with a top surface, two or more leaves lying at least partially parallel on adjacent planes in the unextended position, and being possible to draw the leaves apart in a plan view and each leaf is supported by a crank arm which is obliquely placed at a certain degree on the leaf, a gear assembly is housed in the table base connects the cranks arms together so that they can be moved angularly simultaneously with respect to one another. In the extended position, the leaves lie in the same plane as the table surface.

Actuating Work Surface for Storage Device

The systems described in this disclosure can be used with a storage system to provide a platform for items and/or papers such as blueprints. A container includes a top panel that is pivotal relative to the container. The container may include additional panels that are pivotal with respect to the top panel and that rotate away from the top panel to extend the platform provided by the top panel.

Modular collaborative desk system

Apparatus and methods for providing a collaborative desk are provided. The collaborative desk may include a top surface bound by six edges, edges A-F. Each edge may define a reference line. Edge A may define a first reference line. Edge B may define a second reference line that may be substantially perpendicular to the first reference line. Edge C may define a third reference line that may be substantially perpendicular to the first reference line. Edge D may define a fourth reference line that may form an obtuse interior angle with the second reference line. Edge E may define a fifth reference line that may form a reflex interior angle with the third reference line. Edge F may define a sixth reference line that may form an obtuse interior angle with the fifth reference line and an interior angle substantially perpendicular with the fourth reference line.

Modular accessory unit

An example display system is disclosed. The modular accessory system comprises a display unit, and a base attached to the display unit. The base comprises a communication interface to establish a connection between the display unit of the modular accessory system and at least one other display unit of another modular accessory system. The modular accessory system also comprises a stand attached to the base, and the stand holds a power cable to power the modular accessory system.
