Sliding bedside tray
A sliding bedside tray including a tray assembly and a sliding rail assembly is disclosed. There is often a need for bedridden user's such as hospital patients to have their daily lives facilitated due to their circumstances. Often times these patients are not very mobile. Even as immobile as the patient may be there is often a need for them to care after themselves in the form of feeding or administering their medications. Importantly, the sliding rail assembly is mounted onto a surface, such as table. The sliding rail assembly is held in place with the use of clamps which allow for quick and easy assembling and disassembling on different surfaces thereof. The tray assembly is mounted onto the sliding rail assembly and is free to slide the distance that the sliding rail assembly allows. A user simply pulls the tray assembly towards themselves for easy access of items thereon.
Device Securement
A storage system for an electronic device includes a base coupled to a structural portion and a support portion coupled to the base. A platform is coupled to the support portion, is configured to hold the electronic device, and is movable relative to the support portion between a stored configuration and a deployed configuration. The platform can be selectively adjusted to maintain a non-zero angular orientation relative to the support portion when in the deployed configuration, and the platform forms an outer surface of the support portion when in the stored configuration.
MOBILE PROJECT CENTER SYSTEM
A mobile project center system is presented that includes a center track having a pair of center supports and a pair of legs connected to the center support. A pair of benchtops are connected to the center track and move between an extended position and a retracted position. A pair of braces connect to each benchtop and provide support between the benchtop and the legs. These braces are locked and unlocked using a brace lock controlled by a brace control positioned just below the benchtops. A shelf extends between the opposing pairs of legs that transitions from a folded position and an extended position. The benchtop includes a plurality of openings in a grid pattern that facilitate attachment of various devices such as a joinery block. The system is used to perform a number of operations and converts between a plurality of configurations.
Folding/unfolding mechanism, frame and table having same
A folding/unfolding mechanism includes first, second and third coupling pieces. Each of the first and second coupling pieces is configured to be fixed at an end of a bar and includes a hole and a slot with a closed bottom and an open top. The third coupling piece includes a slot with closed bottom and top. A first rod passes through the holes of the first and second coupling pieces and the slot of the third coupling piece. A second rod is integrally formed or coupled with a top portion of the third coupling piece, and movable together with the third coupling piece. The second rod is selectively inserted into the slots of the first and second coupling pieces, thereby selectively restricting the rotation of the first and second coupling pieces with respect to each other.
HIGH PRODUCTIVITY CONFIGURABLE WORKSTATION WITH MULTI-TIERED WORK PLATFORM
A workstation includes a work surface disposed in a first horizontal plane and a multi-tiered food preparation receptacle positioned adjacent the work surface. The multi-tiered food preparation receptacle includes a first pair of rails and a second pair of rails. The first pair of rails defines a second horizontal plane and the second pair of rails defines a third horizontal plane. The third horizontal plane is located below the second horizontal plane and the second horizontal plane is located below the first horizontal plane. The first pair of rails and the second pair of rails are configured to receive items of food service equipment and permit the items of food service equipment to translate in the multi-tiered food preparation receptacle relative to one another without interference.
TABLE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A table arrangement includes a height adjustment mechanisms for movement of one or more height adjustable tabletops. When more than one tabletop is present, each of the tabletops can be independently moveable. Embodiments of the table arrangement can be configured so that a user can manipulate an actuation mechanism to have the tabletop automatically moved to a pre-selected position without the user having to manually control the actuation mechanism to cause the tabletop to move to that pre-selected position.
Desk system with expandable benching
A multipurpose desk system assembly and an associated method of assembling the desk system are disclosed. The desk system assembly may include a top panel assembly and a base support system configured with clamping devices for convenient assembly. The desk system assembly may comprise multiple top panel assemblies and can be configured to be readily converted or customized to fit the needs of an end user.
FRAME TYPE WORKSTATION CONFIGURATIONS
A furniture assembly comprising a first frame structure having front and rear portions and including at least a first leg member and a substantially horizontal first rail member supported by the at least a first leg member where the first rail member has a first length dimension, a substantially horizontal second rail member supported by the at least a second leg member spaced apart from the first rail member wherein an assembly space includes the space between the first and second rail members, a front portion of the assembly space adjacent the front portion of the first frame structure and a rear portion of the assembly space adjacent the rear portion of the first frame structure, a first furniture sub-assembly having first and second ends, having a first depth dimension and supported within the assembly space by the first and second rail members and a second furniture sub-assembly having first and second ends, a second depth dimension and supported within the assembly space by the first rail member and a rail member of another frame structure, wherein the combined first and second depth dimensions are less than the first length dimension.
Concentric Circular Rotating Table(s)
Two tables in the form of concentric circular rings provide seating positions for people on the interior of the inner ring table and the exterior of the outer ring table. People on the interior face outwards, and people on the exterior face inwards. At least one table rotates relative to the other, such that each person positioned on the interior of the inner ring table will interface with each person positioned on the exterior of the outer ring table during one full revolution of the at least one rotating table.
Slider, frame and table having same
Disclosed are control mechanisms, frames and tables. A slider includes a sleeve, a pivoting portion and a controller. The sleeve is configured to slidably couple with a first bar, and a first hole and a pillar are formed at a first side wall of the sleeve. The pivoting portion is integrally formed or coupled with the first side wall of the sleeve, and configured to pivotally couple with a second bar. The controller is disposed side by side with the pivoting portion along a longitudinal direction of the sleeve, and configured to control movement of the sleeve along the first bar. The controller includes a casing, a lever pivotally connected with the casing, a pin integrally formed or coupled with the lever, and an elastic member selectively pushing the pin into the first hole and a hole of the first bar, thereby restricting movement of the sleeve with respect to the first bar.
