Composition of 7,9-dodecadienyl-1-acetate isomers and process for production thereof
The present invention relates to a process for preparing a mixture M1 of enol phosphate isomers devoid of (E,E) isomer and comprising at least 98% of (E,Z) isomer, at least 0.1% of (Z,Z) isomer and at least 0.1% of (Z,E) isomer, comprising bringing a mixture of isomers of said enol phosphate comprising a detectable amount of (E,E) isomer into contact with a hydrolysable dienophile in an organic solvent, followed by base hydrolysis of the medium obtained and elimination of the adduct formed, in order to obtain the mixture M1 devoid of (E,E) isomer.
IMPROVED PROCESS FOR THE SELECTIVE HYDROGENATION OF VEGETABLE OILS
Process for the catalytic hydrogenation of vegetable oils wherein the oil is placed in contact with molecular hydrogen in the presence of a metal catalyst, and the process is performed in the absence of water or in the presence of a quantity of water equal to or less than 5:1 with respect to the weight of the metal catalyst and at a temperature equal to or less than 50° C.

HIGHLY UNSATURATED FATTY ACID OR HIGHLY UNSATURATED FATTY ACID ETHYL ESTER WITH REDUCED ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTANTS, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A highly unsaturated fatty acid or a highly unsaturated fatty acid ethyl ester that has been produced using as a feedstock oil a fat or oil that contains highly unsaturated fatty acids as constituent fatty acids and which has been reduced in the contents of environmental pollutants, wherein among the dioxins contained, polychlorinated dibenzoparadioxins (PCDDs) and polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDFs) are contained in amounts of less than 0.05 pg-TEQ/g and coplanar PCBs (Co-PCBs) in amounts of less than 0.03 pg-TEQ/g. Also disclosed is a method for producing the highly unsaturated fatty acid or highly unsaturated fatty acid ethyl ester by the steps of removing free fatty acids and environmental pollutants by thin-film distillation from a feedstock oil, ethyl esterifying the resulting fat or oil, and refining the same by rectification and column chromatography.

NEW TRIGLYCERIDE OBTAINED FROM A MACROCYBE TITANS EXTRACT, CLINICAL APPLICATIONS AND PRODUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to a new triglyceride, of the formula 2R-TG (C18:2, 9z, 12z; C16:0; C18:1, 9z), extracted from an extract of the Macrocybe titans fungus. Likewise, its use as a medicine and its different clinical applications in the treatment of diseases regulated by the actin cytoskeleton are contemplated. Its use as an antitumoral agent in cancer diseases is mainly contemplated. Finally, the invention relates to the process for obtaining the Macrocybe titans extract that comprises the triglyceride of the invention.
Plant oil-based materials
Plant oil-based compounds are provided which possess both low viscosity and high reactive functionality. These compounds are useful in coating and composite applications, as well as related methods. Exemplary compounds can be produced by transesterification of a plant oil triglyceride with a nucleophile reactant, such as a vinyl-functional alcohol, to yield reactive fatty acid-containing monomers.
