There is provided inter alia a process for stabilizing a eukaryotic cell line which expresses PylRS and tRNAPyl and which is suitable for incorporation of a gene encoding a target protein containing one or more non-natural amino acids encoded by a nonsense codon which comprises culturing said cell line under conditions in which the adverse effect of tRNAPyl expression on cell viability and/or cell growth is reduced or eliminated.

Geranyl geranyl acetone analogs and uses thereof
The invention relates to novel therapeutic compounds, more in particular to biologically active analogs and uses thereof as medicament, for instance for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Provided is a compound of the general formula (formula I) wherein R.sub.1 is H or a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic moiety comprising 1 to 8 C-atoms; and X is selected from the group consisting of moieties X.sub.1, X.sub.2, X.sub.3, X.sub.4, X.sub.5 and X.sub.6. Exemplary uses include the prevention or therapeutic treatment of a HSF1-mediated disease. ##STR00001##

The invention relates to novel therapeutic compounds, more in particular to biologically active analogs and uses thereof as medicament, for instance for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
