Utility rack having end supports with folding cross-members
A utility rack includes a pair of end supports for supporting one or more shelves there between. Each end support includes a first vertical support having one or more cross members mounted thereto and a second vertical support. The cross members may be mounted to one or more cross member mounts of the first vertical support and are configured to be movable relative to the first vertical support between a stored position in which they are disconnected from the second vertical support and are collapsed inwardly towards the first vertical support for storage or transport and an extended position in which free ends of the cross members may be attached to the second vertical support using fasteners.
Method for making shelves
Beams and posts are disclosed. The beams and posts may be used for racks or shelving. The beams and posts may be formed by folding a sheet of metal. For example, the beams and posts may be non-volumous or hollow. Optionally, a portion of the wall of the beam or post is thickened, for example, by folding over the metal back and forth. Optionally, the thickened portion runs the length of the beam or post. In some embodiments, a fastener (e.g., a loop and/or hook) is formed in the thickened portion of the wall. For example, the fastener formed by punching out of the wall. Optionally, the fasteners are used to connect the posts to the beams.
Systems for quick mounting and fixing applied to a cabinet body
The present disclosure refers to systems applied to cabinet body that mates quick mounting and fixing, applied to the furniture area specially to steel cabinets, for joining took apart pieces by fitting and screwing them or for mounting and joining them by welding. The cabinet body presents steel back part having a bend that forms a small backlash and with eyebolt-shaped reliefs for quick mounting the cabinet boxes. The top part has a wedged-shaped bend that when is joined to the strip-shaped steel plate having the wedge bend opposed to the one of the back part, it can be fixed to any wall, and a quick installation of the cabinet box on the wall is allowed.
SHELVING SYSTEM
A collapsible shelving assembly with back posts and front posts has one or more shelves attached by hinges to the back posts so that each shelf is configured to rotate about the hinges from an upward collapsed condition to a downward horizontal deployed condition. The fronts post include clips configured to secure the front end of each shelf in the horizontal deployed condition. A friction plug is incorporated into each hinge to slow the speed of rotation and to prevent the shelves from freely falling downwards during assembly.
RETURNABLE INDUSTRIAL RACK SYSTEM
A method for using an industrial shipping rack, including connecting structural members and fasteners to form racks, loading and shipping the racks, unloading the racks, nondestructively disassembling the racks back into structural members and fasteners, and storing the structural members and the fasteners for reuse. Other aspects include receiving industrial/shipping rack designs, locating the racks in shipping containers, placing parcels on the at racks, removing the parcels from the racks, constructing the racks using brackets, converting rack specifications based on inventories, and using thin-walled, metal tubing.
Bedding rack multifunctional apparatus
The invention provides a unique and multifunctional Bedding Rack design in wood and metal materials for the storage and display of King- and Queen-Size Comforter Sets composed of bedspreads such as quilts, comforters, and duvets and a plurality of pillows and shams, and other bedding and sleep-related items. The Bedding Rack consists of two decorative vertical stanchions with hooks for hanging sleep apparel, one or two top rails for supporting the bedspread, two mid-level shelves composed of rails and cross bars for storing pillows and shams, a preformed lower level shelf for storing slippers and items too small for the mid-level shelves, and extended feet supporting the stanchions to provide stability. The dimensions of the Bedding Rack are such that large-size bedspreads do not touch the floor or droop off the end of the top rails when draped over it. The wood and metal Bedding Racks are manufactured as either fully and permanently assembled embodiments or the racks can be produced and shipped in a compact container for assembly by the seller or buyer where no special tools are required. The wood racks employ numerous types of tight fitted, self-locking carpentry joints to allow for assembly and the metal racks employ COTS fasteners to assemble the apparatus. A plurality of unique methods and means are described here for connecting components together and for setting the lower shelf in place so that it can be removed or set at different heights.
Structure protector
Structure protector (5), wherein these structures (5) are shelves, doors, pillars or similar and have support legs (6), which comprises a covering element (1) of the support legs (6), formed by a profile (1.1) with a C-shaped section suitable for being adjusted on the exterior lateral contour of said support legs (6) and with a support base (1.2) to the ground and at least one element with a hollow truncated pyramid shape (2), with three inclined sides (2.1) and one open side, an open lower base and an upper base, which is open towards the open side, which has a horizontal flat surface (2.2) in the contour corresponding to the three inclined sides (2.1), where the shape of the interior contour of this horizontal flat surface (2.2) is suitable for fitting the surface around the covering element (1).
Rack for storing free weight plates for weightlifting
A rack for storing a plurality of cylindrical free weight plates for weightlifting is provided, wherein the cylindrical free weight plates have an outer diameter with a peripheral edge, and each weight plate is of like diameter. The rack includes a planar base sized to support free weight plates stacked in a horizontal configuration, and a plurality of spaced apart uprights disposed generally vertically on the base, and wherein each upright receives the peripheral edges of the plurality of weight plates.
Economical and Eco-friendly Aluminum Profile Equipment Cabinet
An economical and eco-friendly aluminum profile cabinet comprises a first frame, a second frame, two side plates, a door plate and a top plate. The first and second frames are formed by splicing three aluminum profiles, with two adjacent aluminum profiles being fixed by a fastener. A first end of each side plate is clamped in a clamping groove of the aluminum profile of the first frame, and a second end parallel with the first end is clamped in a clamping groove of the aluminum profile of the second frame corresponding to the aluminum profile of first frame. A first end of one side wall of door plate hinges to the aluminum profile of first frame. A second end of one side wall of door plate is hinged to the aluminum profile of the second frame. The top plate is clamped in clamping grooves from the first frame aluminum profile.
