STRUCTURAL COLUMN AND MODULAR STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRICAL CABINETS INCLUDING REFERRED STRUCTURAL COLUMN
STRUCTURAL COLUMN AND MODULAR STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRICAL CABINETS COMPRISING SAID STRUCTURAL COLUMN, includes a structural column (1) which, from a single piece, accurately determines two corners or vertexes of a modular structure (19) for electric cabinets. The modular structure (19) has four vertically positioned structural columns (1) and at least eight horizontal beams (20) connected to each other by means of screws (21). This invention also introduces an innovative joint between the elements of the structural columns (1), which are joined together by means of welds (6) and with the aid of limiters (12), positioning flaps (11) and engagers (9). Thus, this invention guarantees a perfect square of the modular structure and the correct assembly of the electrical cabinet, with no need for highly specialized labor. The modular structure (19) presented here can be manufactured entirely from low-cost metal materials such as carbon steel, significantly reducing the manufacturing costs of electrical cabinets.
Connecting device for modular metal shelving props
A device for connecting modular metal shelving units, comprising at least two props (1) and at least one connecting element (2), for mutual coupling of the two props (1). Each prop (1) comprises central couplings (14), first distal couplings (16) and second distal couplings (17), and each of the couplings (14,16,17) comprises a central coupling (11) and a first adjustment slot (12). The connecting element (2) comprises a first grouping (21) of pins (20), which can be inserted into the first distal couplings (16) of a prop (1), and a second grouping (22) of pins (20), which can be inserted into the second distal couplings (17) of another prop (1). The first adjustment slot (12) of the first distal couplings (16) is diametrically opposed to the first adjustment slots (12) of the central couplings (14) and the second distal couplings (17).
Prefabricated shelf assembly
Provided is a prefabricated shelf assembly. The prefabricated shelf assembly enables a shelf to be conveniently and rapidly assembled, enables the assembled shelf to be firmly maintained, and allows an outer wall and a door to be assembled as a user desires, thus realizing a high-quality product, and allows the length of the shelf to be adjusted via an assembly kit or allows a plurality of shelves to be optionally arranged and then be assembled depending on an installation environment, and adopts a coupling method using a fitting protrusion and a fitting hole, so that the shelf may be re-assembled by separating only a support plate even when the assembly has been completed, and thereby the height of a storage part can be easily changed.
EFFICIENT SERVICE RACK SYSTEM
A service rack system includes a service rack and one or more totes. Each of the one or more totes have a full indicator and a refill indicator. The service rack includes front, back, right, and left sides. The service rack also includes a panel on each of the right and left sides, at least one supply rack angled towards the front side, and at least one return rack angled towards the back side. The at least one supply rack is constructed to support one or more columns of totes such that each column includes at least two totes. Each column of totes has a full state and a refill state. The full state includes at least two totes positioned such that the full indicator of one tote faces the front side. The refill state includes a tote positioned such that its refill indicator is directly adjacent the front side.
Modular rack assembly
A frame structure for a cabinet enclosure has a front frame assembly having first and second front pillars, a rear frame assembly having first and second rear pillars, a first side brace member, and a second side brace member, each having a beam that has opposite ends, with the opposite ends of each side brace member connected to one of the front pillars and one of the rear pillars. The frame structure also includes cable management and air flow management features and functions.
Shelving assembly having an adjustable bridge shelf
A closet organizer assembly has a first tower unit and a second tower unit, each tower unit having a plurality of shelves separated by vertical posts, each tower unit also having a plurality of top vertical posts, and a cantilevered shelf removably connected to the plurality of top vertical posts, with each cantilevered shelf having a border wall that includes a plurality of border wall openings. The assembly also includes a bridge shelf having a left end that is removably connected to the cantilevered shelf of the first tower unit, and a right end that is removably connected to the cantilevered shelf of the second tower unit.
Shelving unit with capacity increasing shelving
A shelving unit includes a plurality of posts, a plurality of shelf-supporting beams attached to the plurality of posts to form a shelf support frame, and a shelf. The shelf has a plurality of sides seated on the shelf support frame. The plurality of the sides of the shelf includes a depending flange. At least one of the depending flanges extends downwardly along a respective shelf-supporting beam between about 30% and about 100% of the height of the shelf-supporting beam. Another shelf unit is further disclosed where the shelves include a color that corresponds to a color-coded system for organizing the storage of items on the shelving unit. A method of organizing a shelving unit utilizing the color-coded shelf system is also disclosed.
Storage system and article retrieving method
An apparatus is disclosed that provides a storage system designed to allow pickers to easily and efficiently pull products from all portions of the storage system from a single side of the storage system. The storage system includes a first storage rack that has a first plurality of columns and a first platform extending from one of the first plurality of columns. An outer edge of the first platform forms an end of the first storage rack. Positioned adjacent to the first storage rack is a second storage rack with a second plurality of columns and a second platform that extends from one of the second plurality of columns, where an outer edge of the second platform forms an end of the second storage rack. An aisle is formed by a predetermined distance between the outer edges of the first and second platforms.
Shelf frame for a rack of shelves
A shelf frame for a rack of shelves includes an elongated body; a ledge extending perpendicularly from a bottom edge of the elongated body, the ledge having a width equal to a height of the elongated body; an elongated enhancement disposed along a top edge of the elongated body, the enhancement being bent toward the ledge; two upright extensions disposed at two ends of the elongated body respectively; and a plurality of fasteners disposed in each of the two upright extensions. The two upright extensions and the elongated body are on the same plane. Each of the two upright extensions has a length equal to twice of the height of the elongated body.
ENHANCED STORAGE SUPPORT PLATFORM
Warehouse support structures capable of supporting heavy loads are supported by support members coupled to horizontal support beams, attached to vertical columns. The structure can comprise wire a mesh platform. The front end can be bent down, to nest against a horizontal support beam. The rear end can be bent up, over the horizontal to act as a pallet safety stop. It can also extend rearwards from the horizontal beam to provide additional support surface area. The construction presents a smooth, easy to assemble, snag free construction.
