SHELF FRAME FOR A RACK OF SHELVES
A shelf frame for a rack of shelves includes an elongated body; a ledge sticking inward from the elongated body and being perpendicular to the elongated body, the ledge having a width equal to that of the elongated body; an elongated enhancement disposed along an edge of the elongated body and being distal from the ledge, the enhancement being bent toward the ledge; two upright extensions disposed at two ends of the elongated body respectively; and a plurality of fasteners disposed at the extensions opposite to the ledge. The extensions and the elongated body are on the same plane and are parallel to each other. The extension has a length equal to twice of the width of the elongated body.
Utility rack having end supports with folding cross-members
A utility rack includes a pair of end supports for supporting one or more shelves there between. Each end support includes a first vertical support having one or more cross members mounted thereto and a second vertical support. The cross members may be mounted to one or more cross member mounts of the first vertical support and are configured to be movable relative to the first vertical support between a stored position in which they are disconnected from the second vertical support and are collapsed inwardly towards the first vertical support for storage or transport and an extended position in which free ends of the cross members may be attached to the second vertical support using fasteners.
Shelving unit with load capacity increasing tie clips
A shelving unit includes front and rear shelf supporting beams, each beam including an upper shelf supporting flange that defines a shelf seat and a lower flange spaced from the upper flange, a shelf configured to be positioned in the seat defined by the front and rear shelf support beams, and at least one tie clip configured to be connected to the shelving unit between the shelf and the lower flange of at least one of the front and rear shelf supporting beams. A method of assembling a shelving unit is also disclosed.
Wire shelving assembly
A wire shelving assembly includes four legs, a crosspiece unit, and a deck member removably disposed on the crosspiece unit. The crosspiece unit includes two carrying crosspieces and a strengthening crosspiece. Each of the carrying crosspieces removably interconnects two of the legs, has a receiving groove, and is formed with a pair of first through holes. The strengthening crosspiece has two end segments, each of which is removably inserted into the receiving groove of a respective one of the carrying crosspieces, and is formed with two second through holes registered with the first through holes of the respective one of the carrying crosspieces.
BEARING STRUCTURE FOR SHELVING
The bearing structure for shelving comprises: a vertical upright comprising a first metal section provided with at least a first longitudinal side and with at least a second longitudinal side, the first longitudinal side and the second longitudinal side being flat, continuous and transverse to each other; a longitudinal cross-piece; an angular bracket to be interposed between the vertical upright and the longitudinal cross-piece and comprising a first longitudinal face and a second longitudinal face, the first longitudinal face and the second longitudinal face being flat, contiguous and transverse to each other; wherein it comprises first connecting means arranged on the first longitudinal side and the first longitudinal face, and second connecting means, arranged on the second longitudinal side and the second longitudinal face, the first connecting means and the second connecting means coupling the angular bracket to the vertical upright.
PREFABRICATED SHELF ASSEMBLY
Provided is a prefabricated shelf assembly. The prefabricated shelf assembly enables a shelf to be conveniently and rapidly assembled, enables the assembled shelf to be firmly maintained, and allows an outer wall and a door to be assembled as a user desires, thus realizing a high-quality product, and allows the length of the shelf to be adjusted via an assembly kit or allows a plurality of shelves to be optionally arranged and then be assembled depending on an installation environment, and adopts a coupling method using a fitting protrusion and a fitting hole, so that the shelf may be re-assembled by separating only a support plate even when the assembly has been completed, and thereby the height of a storage part can be easily changed.
EQUIPMENT STAND OPTIMIZED TO MINIMIZE NOISE FLOOR
A storage stand, comprising at least one shelf, the shelf bounded by a perimeter, the perimeter having at least four points defining a polygon, the at least four points forming a mounting axis of rotation with respect to its adjacent clockwise point and its adjacent counter-clockwise point, and at least four mounting locations arranged within the perimeter of the at least one shelf, each of the four mounting locations having a compression centroid, each mounting location forms a compression axis of rotation with respect to its adjacent clockwise mounting location and its adjacent counterclockwise mounting location such that at least one compression axis of rotation is non-parallel to its respective mounting axis of rotation.
POST COUPLERS
A post coupler has one or more positive post stops therein limiting extension of an end of a post section in or over the coupler beyond the stop. The stops may be freely extended tabs or stop embossments from or in the coupler flanges. Outside wrap, inside wrap and hidden post couplers are disclosed, as well as assembly methods.
SHELVING ASSEMBLY HAVING AN ADJUSTABLE BRIDGE SHELF
A closet organizer assembly has a first tower unit and a second tower unit, each tower unit having a plurality of shelves separated by vertical posts, each tower unit also having a plurality of top vertical posts, and a cantilevered shelf removably connected to the plurality of top vertical posts, with each cantilevered shelf having a border wall that includes a plurality of border wall openings. The assembly also includes a bridge shelf having a left end that is removably connected to the cantilevered shelf of the first tower unit, and a right end that is removably connected to the cantilevered shelf of the second tower unit.
Storage system and article retrieving method
An apparatus is disclosed that provides a storage system designed to allow pickers to easily and efficiently pull products from all portions of the storage system from a single side of the storage system. The storage system includes a first storage rack that has a first plurality of columns and a first platform extending from one of the first plurality of columns. An outer edge of the first platform forms an end of the first storage rack. Positioned adjacent to the first storage rack is a second storage rack with a second plurality of columns and a second platform that extends from one of the second plurality of columns, where an outer edge of the second platform forms an end of the second storage rack. An aisle is formed by a predetermined distance between the outer edges of the first and second platforms.
