CONFIGURABLE AND DISMANTLABLE DISPLAY CASE SYSTEM COMPRISING A PLASTIC SHELVING UNIT WITH TRAYS AT DIFFERENT LEVELS, AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
A configurable, dismantlable display case system, with supports for promotional graphics, particularly suited for use as a display cabinet, which may be used at all types of sales outlets, shopping malls, fairs and promotional events, the constitution thereof being simple and entailing a reduced cost, and with the possibility of changing the configuration of its assembly and the promotional campaign thereon as many times as may be necessary. The modular display system which is the object of the present invention consists generally of a plastic shelving unit, with trays at different levels, linked at their corners by means of pillars consisting of PVC profiles, of a generally triangular shape, which fit adjustedly into corresponding housings, one at each corner and on both sides of each tray; short profiles or legs formed by extruded PVC profiles of a more reduced length than the pillar profiles, of a generally triangular shape with rounded corners which slot adjustedly into the corresponding housings of the tray, and comprising non-slip ferrules inserted into the profile forming the leg at the area in contact with the floor.
Each tray further features at its corners male-female connecting means, whose purpose is to laterally connect corresponding shelving units one to another; the male-female connecting means are located vertically at the lateral edges of each tray, at one extremity a female connector and at the other extremity a male connector, at the four lateral edges.
The tray features a flat upper surface of a generally quadrangular shape and with a predetermined thickness, defining a frontal edge, a rearward edge and lateral edges, on which the products to be displayed are placed, and an external wall, perpendicular to the flat surface, and whose medial line is marked by the external line of the square horizontal surface of the tray. Furthermore, at the centre of the tray, on its upper side, four housings are defined, for pillars closely facing each other.
The pillars are formed by extruded PVC profiles, which slot into the triangular housings of the tray (at the corners or centrally) and feature perforations located spacedly on their sides, enabling the installation of graphics for promotional purposes or elements for the protection of the contents displayed in the shelving unit.
Storage Rack
A rack has a frame and a plurality of shelves. Each shelf has an enclosing frame member that has two first sides connected by two second sides, a connecting bar that connects the first sides at about the center of the first sides, a plurality of slots provided on the inner surfaces of the second sides, and a plurality of slats, each slat having opposing ends that are fitted into opposing slots at the second sides, and with each slat being connected to the connecting bar. At least one connector is provided for removably connecting each shelf to a portion of the frame.
MODULAR FOOD PRODUCT DISPLAY STAND
Disclosed are a modular food product display stand and a related method for constructing such display stand. Such display stand may comprise a plastic tray having four top corners, four bottom corners, top receiving slots located at each top corner, and bottom receiving slots located at each bottom corner. The display stand may further comprise four insertable plastic feet installed in the bottom receiving slots, and four insertable plastic posts installed in the top receiving posts. The outer dimensions of a cross-section of the plastic feet may match the inner dimensions of a cross-section of the bottom receiving slots, and the outer dimensions of a cross-section of the plastic posts may match the inner dimensions of a cross-section of the top receiving slots. The display stand may also comprise a plastic topper with receiving slots at each corner of the bottom of the topper for receiving the plastic posts.
STEEL PIPE SUPPORT AND STEEL PIPE SUPPORTING DEVICE
A steel pipe support and a steel pipe supporting device. The steel pipe support comprises a steel pipe supporting part, a supporting inner core arranged inside the steel pipe supporting part, steel pipe storage grooves formed in the steel pipe supporting part and arranged along the length direction of the steel pipe supporting part and spacing parts arranged between every two adjacent steel pipe storage grooves; and each of the steel pipe storage grooves is internally provided with at least two first supporting rib plates located at one side of the center section of the steel pipe storage groove and/or at least two second supporting rib plates located at the other side of the center section of the steel pipe storage groove, first recessed grooves are formed between every two adjacent first supporting rib plates, and second recessed grooves are formed between every two adjacent second supporting rib plates.
CONFIGURABLE SHELF ASSEMBLY
A shelf assembly is provided. The shelf assembly includes at least one board. Each board has at least on connector on the bottom surface. Legs are configured to mate with the connector during assembly. In addition, the shelf assembly includes a shoe with a magnet in the shoe to position the legs on top of the board using positioning elements disposed on the board. A board and shoe are also provided.
Storage chest
A storage chest has a base, a plurality of rails coupled to the base, and a side panel at each side coupled to the base between the rails. The base further includes a front panel coupled to the base between the side panel, a rear panel coupled to the base on a side opposite the front panel and between the side panels, and a cover movably coupled to the storage chest and configured to move from a closed position fully extending over the storage chest and substantially parallel to and opposite the base to an open position exposing an interior of the storage chest. The side, front, and rear panels and rails define openings providing access from an area exterior to the storage chest to the interior of the storage chest.
Supporting frame
A supporting frame includes at least one supporting element, a base and a light-permeable pillar. The supporting element has a first through-hole. A cam is disposed in the supporting element and has a second through-hole and a turning portion. The second through-hole is disposed corresponding to the first through-hole. The base extends to form a sleeve. The light-permeable pillar passes through the first through-hole and the second through-hole and is inserted into the sleeve. The supporting element is capable of sliding along the light-permeable pillar. The turning portion is configured for pushing against an inner wall of the supporting element for fixing the supporting element on the light-permeable pillar.
Variable-Support-Point Span-Aligned-Grid Framing System
A novel framing system where the horizontal members are formed in a span-aligned-grid consisting of a series of ribs and openings, providing variable-support-points for the vertical members, so that within a given assembly the vertical members may be positioned and repositioned at a multitude of available variable-support-points, in a plurality of usable positions and angle orientations in the horizontal directions of left-to-right and forward-to-back, creating customizable framed opening bays, and that the vertical members are guided to interlock with the horizontal members at a multitude of available predetermined positions, which intersect along spans at variable-support-point locations, as guided by said span-aligned-grid.
The novel framing system produces a novel design, where the horizontal members are formed with a slatted patterned surface decoration, which is visually evident of the given configuration of said span-aligned-grid.
