SHELVING UNIT TIE BAR
20230189993 · 2023-06-22 ·

The technology described herein includes a four-column shelving unit. One or more improved tie bars run between the front and rear shelf-support beams. The one or more tie bars are installed perpendicular to the shelf-support beams. The improved tie bar may take the overall form of a V-channel with a novel tri-notch connection on either end. The tri-notch connection allows the tie bar to connect with a front shelf-support beam on one end and a back shelf-support beam on the other end. The tri-notch connection includes two bottom notches and a top notch. The top notch may form a gap in the V-channel that allows the end of the tie bar to slip under a shelf-support flange on a shelf-support beam during installation. The two bottom notches are sized and shaped to receive an upward facing retention flange located on the bottom flange of the shelf-support beam.

Adjustable wine rack system
11678742 · 2023-06-20 ·

A wine rack system having a standard with first and second elongated strips disposed in a substantially parallel and spaced relationship. At least first and second pins extend between the first and second elongated strips. Adjacent pairs of pins are spaced a first distance apart. A support arm is configured to attach to an adjacent pair of the pins. A connecting end of the support arm is sized for receipt between the spaced elongated strips. The connecting end includes an upper recess formed in an upper edge and a lower recess formed in a lower edge. Bottom ends of the recesses are spaced a second distance apart that is less than a distance between the pair of adjacent pins allowing for engagement of the pins within the recesses. A bottle holder configured to support a wine bottle is attached to the support arm.

CONNECTING STRUCTURE, CONNECTING METHOD AND ARTICLE CONTAINING SUCH CONNECTING STRUCTURE
20170347793 · 2017-12-07 ·

The present invention discloses a connecting structure, a connecting method and an article containing the connecting structure. The connecting structure includes a fastener, a first connecting member adjacent to the trailing end of the fastener and a second connecting member away from the trailing end of the fastener. The second connecting member is provided with a threaded connecting hole, which in the axial direction thereof is provided with thread matching with the form of thread of the fastener and having a central angle of at least 180 degrees. The first connecting member is provided with a connecting hole, and the fastener connects the two connecting members through the threaded connecting hole and the connecting hole. The connecting method achieves quick connecting with the connecting hole of the first connecting member by preloading the fastener to the threaded connecting hole, without being affected by the assembly space. The connecting structure and the connecting method can be used in a variety of articles. The thickness of the threaded connecting hole is equal to the pitch of the fastener. The form of thread of the threaded connecting hole is fitted with the thread of the fastener by only one turn, which during processing can be made directly in the form of stamping, resulting in a simple processing and improving the processing efficiency.

Shelf bracket assembly

A shelf bracket assembly is mounted on a vertically disposed shelf upright, and has: at least one weighing device; an anchoring device; and a cantilever for supporting a shelf panel. In a condition where the shelf bracket assembly is mounted on the shelf upright, the cantilever projects from the shelf upright in a substantially horizontal direction. The cantilever has a vertically disposed metal plate. In a Cartesian coordinate system, an extent of the cantilever in a horizontal plane defines a Y-direction, a vertical direction defines a Z-direction, and a direction perpendicular to the Y-direction and the Z-direction defines an X-direction. The at least one weighing device includes: a force-introduction section; a linkage section; and a force-supporting section. The linkage section comprises two weighing plates extending horizontally and parallel to each other. The force-supporting section and the force-introduction section are at least partially formed of vertically extending metal plates.

METHOD OF INSTALLING MOUNTING SYSTEM WITH SUPPORT BRACKET

The method includes first connecting an upper portion of two or more vertical uprights to a first crossbar, second connecting a lower portion of the two or more vertical uprights to a second crossbar, inserting a projection of each of a pair of support brackets into a first cavity and a second cavity on respective ends of the first crossbar, the pair of support brackets each including a first engaging structure, and attaching the first engaging structure of each of the pair of support brackets to a first column and a second column of a consumer product display, respectively.

System for the mounting of shelves

The invention relates to system for the mounting of shelves on a substantially rectangular load carrier having four identical columns arranged in the corners thereof. The system comprises columns having a rectangular profile with four side faces, a substantially rectangular shelf of a length which is shorter than the distance between the columns of the load carrier, on which shelf a holder is mounted that can be inserted into complementary slots in the columns of the load carrier, said slots being configured with a support face with which the holder is capable of engaging in such a manner that the holder supports on the column. The columns as such are configured with slots that extend symmetrically about a longitudinally extending center axis of one of the side faces and through the side faces adjacent to that side face. The slots are each separately configured with three substantially identical cut-outs, the one of which is situated in the axis of symmetry and the two remaining ones are in the adjacent side faces. The cut-outs are function as support faces for the holders of the shelf, them being arranged on the shorter sides of the shelf and extending in the longitudinal direction of the shelf to the effect that they are capable of engaging with the slots in the four columns arranged on the load carrier.
