APRON-FRONT SINK
A sink is provided. The sink includes a basin having a front wall. The sink includes a rim supported at and extending outwardly from an upper end of the front wall in a substantially horizontal orientation. The sink includes an apron extending from the rim. The apron extends vertically downwardly from a top wall and laterally between a first side wall and an opposing second side wall. The apron is coupled to the basin only at the top wall of the apron by the rim. The apron extends laterally outward past the rim such that a first rear edge of the first side wall and a second rear edge of the second side wall are spaced apart from the rim.
REINFORCED PORCELAIN PANEL PRODUCT FABRICATION METHODS FOR ENHANCED STRUCTURAL PROTECTION
The present disclosure provides embodiments of a method a reinforced porcelain panel product for renovations or new constructions. In an embodiment, a method includes applying an adhesive to a top surface of a structural core board that includes a foam-core material. Further, the method continues with abuttingly contacting the structural core board to a bottom surface of a porcelain slab with the adhesive such that regions of the structural core board substantially extend beyond outer peripheries of the porcelain slab to define buffer regions, thereby to allow the buffer regions to be visible and to enhance protection from cracking when the reinforced porcelain panel product is handled. Additional features include the bottom surface of the structural core board having a second surface area larger than the first surface area of the porcelain slab and a fracture toughness greater than the porcelain slab.
Multi-configurable countertop
A countertop system includes a first slab having a first lateral slot that is laterally obscured by a first cover, and a second slab having a second lateral slot that is laterally obscured by a second cover. The first and second covers are configured to be removed with an application of pressure, and the first slot aligns with the second slot to receive a connector to couple the first slab to the second slab.
3′-UTR sequences for stabilization of RNA
The present invention relates to stabilization of RNA, in particular mRNA, and an increase in mRNA translation. The present invention particularly relates to a modification of RNA, in particular in vitro-transcribed RNA, resulting in increased transcript stability and/or translation efficiency. According to the invention, it was demonstrated that certain sequences in the 3-untranslated region (UTR) of an RNA molecule improve stability and translation efficiency.
PRECAST LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE COMPONENTS FOR OUTDOOR KITCHENS AND GRILL ISLANDS WITH ENHANCED ASSEMBLY AND DECORATIVE SYSTEMS
The disclosure provides a novel approach to precast concrete components designed for outdoor kitchens and grill islands. By integrating Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) beads, composite fibers, and Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) rebar into a concrete mix, a lightweight yet durable product is achieved. The alignment and assembly system utilizes composite pins and plates, facilitating precise and secure installation. Decorative features embedded within the concrete panels enhance aesthetic appeal. The disclosure addresses common issues related to weight, alignment, and durability, offering an improved solution for outdoor kitchen components.
Modular kitchen mounting apparatus
Systems and methods are presented herein for a mounting apparatus configured to arrange a retractable kitchen within a vehicle enclosure. The mounting apparatus comprises a first slot configured to accommodate an alignment protrusion of a kitchen module. The mounting apparatus further comprises a second slot configured to accommodate a locking assembly, which, when actuated into a locking position prevents translation of the kitchen module along the second slot. The mounting apparatus shall be arranged on a bottom side of the vehicle enclosure and shall have a retractable kitchen module fixedly attached to the mounting apparatus. The retractable kitchen module comprises a kitchen module enclosure configured to move from a stored position to an extended positioned, and a kitchen work surface configured to extend away from the front side of the vehicle enclosure.
Refrigerated preparation table system and methods thereof
A preparation table is provided. The preparation table includes a cabinet with a work surface. The work surface includes a perimeter which defines a cavity of the cabinet. Opposing guide structures proximate opposing perimeter walls are configured to support a grate. The grate can be movable or stationary but is configured to support a product or product container while still providing access to the cavity. The product container is movable on the work surface to both rear and forward positions. The cabinet is configured such that excess ingredients fall from the product container, through the grate, and are recaptured within the cavity. The cabinet also includes a transition element which provides support for the product container as it is moved to an adjacent work surface.
