Cabinet storage system

A cabinet storage system includes a base and a pair of slides. The base includes a first planar surface and a second planar surface. The first and second planar surfaces are opposing surfaces of the base and define a perimeter of the base. The pair of slides are coupled with the first planar surface. The system also includes fences positioned away from the second planar surface around the perimeter of the base, and structural columns mechanically coupled with the base. The structural columns are positioned to abut the second planar surface and longitudinally extending away from the second planar surface to rigidly maintain the fences around the perimeter of the base.

WASTE COLLECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD

A garbage collection system comprises a housing positioned under a belt of a point of sale register counter; first and second bins positioned in the housing under the point of sale register counter, the first bin for receiving garbage and/or recyclables, the second bin for receiving hangers; and at least one sliding rail extending perpendicular from a height of the housing, the first and second bins coupled to the at least one sliding rail, at least one of the first and second bins retracting or protruding from at least a portion of the housing in a first position and positioned entirely in the housing in a second position.

SINK SYSTEM

A sink system is provided. The sink system is configured for coupling within a recessed cabinet space. The sink system includes a cabinet module and a sink module coupled to an upper end of the cabinet module. The sink module includes a sink basin and a faucet. The sink system further includes a water delivery system configured to receive a flow of water from a utility line and selectively provide the flow of water to the sink module based on a control signal received from a controller. The controller may be a wired or wireless puck that is positioned near the sink basin. The water delivery system may further include a water filtration system, and the digital control valve may provide the flow of water to the water filtration system before the flow of water is provided to the sink module.

3'-UTR SEQUENCES FOR STABILIZATION OF RNA

The present invention relates to stabilization of RNA, in particular mRNA, and an increase in mRNA translation. The present invention particularly relates to a modification of RNA, in particular in vitro-transcribed RNA, resulting in increased transcript stability and/or translation efficiency. According to the invention, it was demonstrated that certain sequences in the 3′-untranslated region (UTR) of an RNA molecule improve stability and translation efficiency.
