BAKEWARE STORAGE SYSTEM
Disclosed is a system for storing bakeware items in an organized and efficient manner. The bakeware caddy may include a short divider orthogonal to a left wall, a right wall, and a bottom surface; and a long divider orthogonal to the short divider and the bottom surface. Accordingly, the caddy may comprise one or more pockets, for example a rear pocket, a left pocket, and a right pocket, formed by disposition of the one or more walls and dividers. A strap may be disposed on the outer circumference of the caddy, the strap comprising one or more ends magnetically engaged. Thus, reversible magnet adherence of the strap ends may enable withdrawal and placement of bakeware items within the caddy. The caddy and the components thereof may be composed of various materials to enable rigidity and support and may be further covered in fabric to prevent damage to the bakeware items.

CONCEALED TRASH CAN SYSTEM
A concealed trash can system is provided comprised of a primary door with a front and rear surface, where the front surface includes a secondary door that can open to provide access to an interior trash receptacle. The rear surface is equipped with a fastener that securely supports the trash receptacle in a suspended position. The fastener may include various types of mounting brackets and reciprocating fastening mechanisms, such as a male and female lip, which allows for the removable attachment of the receptacle. The secondary door, which is hinged to the front surface, can be opened to insert trash into the receptacle through an opening in the primary door and may also feature an automatic locking mechanism to prevent access by children or pets. Additionally, the positioning of the secondary door at a height beyond the reach of young children enhances safety.

3′-UTR sequences for stabilization of RNA
The present invention relates to stabilization of RNA, in particular mRNA, and an increase in mRNA translation. The present invention particularly relates to a modification of RNA, in particular in vitro-transcribed RNA, resulting in increased transcript stability and/or translation efficiency. According to the invention, it was demonstrated that certain sequences in the 3-untranslated region (UTR) of an RNA molecule improve stability and translation efficiency.

Container apparatus and a container mounting collar
A collar for mounting a container between laterally spaced runners of a retractable container apparatus. The collar includes a body portion and two wing portions. The wing portions are provided to opposing lateral sides of the body. Each wing portion includes a snap fit connector configured to connect directly or indirectly to a respective runner in a snap fit connection. The body portion at least partly defines an opening configured, in use, to receive the container so that the container is supported between the runners.

Refrigerated preparation table system and methods thereof
A preparation table is provided. The preparation table includes a cabinet with a work surface. The work surface includes a perimeter which defines a cavity of the cabinet. Opposing guide structures proximate opposing perimeter walls are configured to support a grate. The grate can be movable or stationary but is configured to support a product or product container while still providing access to the cavity. The product container is movable on the work surface to both rear and forward positions. The cabinet is configured such that excess ingredients fall from the product container, through the grate, and are recaptured within the cavity. The cabinet also includes a transition element which provides support for the product container as it is moved to an adjacent work surface.
