The present invention relates to compounds, pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the compounds, and pharmaceutical compositions of the compounds, or salts thereof, that can inhibit secreted phospholipases A2 (sPLA2-X) enzymes, wherein the compound is a compound of Formula (I), wherein Ring B, R.sub.6, Z.sub.1, Z.sub.2, Z.sub.3, and Z.sub.4 are described herein. The invention also relates to the use of the compounds, salts, or compositions described herein in methods of inhibiting sPLA2-X enzymes in a sample. The invention also relates to the use of the compounds, salts, or compositions in methods of treating or lessening the severity of an sPLA2-X mediated disease in a subject.
