A neurosteroid derivative having a structure as represented by formula (IV), or a deuteride, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and use thereof are provided. In the formula (IV), R.sub.1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C.sub.1-C.sub.12 alkyl; and R.sub.2 is selected from R(CO), wherein R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C.sub.1-C.sub.12 alkyl.
