Holding device for a front panel of a drawer
The invention relates to a securing device for securing a front panel of a drawer to a drawer frame, having a holding element for securing to the front panel and a closing element for securing to the drawer frame, the closing element comprising a support and a closure having a holding segment supported rotatably about an axis of rotation on the support, a spring having an operative connection to the closure, and the closure being implemented for releasing a holding region of the holding element in an open rotational position of the closure, and for blocking the holding region in a closed position of the closure. It is thereby provided that a transmission element is joined to the closure by means of a rotating/sliding connection on the closure side spaced apart from the rotary axis of the closure, that the rotating/sliding connection on the closure side comprises a first and a second guide curve, and that the two guide curves intersect.
The securing device enables simple, secure, releasable securing of a front panel to a drawer frame with little space required.
Chassis
A chassis includes a housing, a partition, a movable member and a tray. The housing includes a top plate and a bottom plate, and the top plate is opposite to the bottom plate. An accommodating space is located between the top plate and the bottom plate. The bottom plate has a through hole. The partition is disposed in the accommodating space. The movable member is connected to the partition. The movable member is configured to move between a first position and a second position. The tray includes a latch member. When the movable member is located at the first position and the tray is placed into the accommodating space, the movable member is embedded into the through hole and the latch member engages with the movable member. When the movable member is located at the second position, the movable member disengages from the through hole.
READY-TO-ASSEMBLE FURNITURE KIT, CONSTRUCTION AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
A ready-to-assemble furniture kit, construction, and method of assembly. The ready-to-assemble furniture generally comprises a bottom panel having a front edge, a rear edge, and first and second side edges; a first and second side panels mounted parallel to each other, each side panel having an interior surface and an exterior surface defined between a front edge, a rear edge, a top edge and a bottom edge; the interior surface forming at least one longitudinal slot positioned proximate to the bottom edge operably shaped for receipt of the respective bottom panel first and second side edge; a back panel having an interior surface, and first and second side edges; at least one nylon dowel connector connecting each of the rear edges of the first and second side panels with the respective back panel first and second side edges; a front panel having an interior surface, and first and second side edges; and at least one nylon dowel connector connecting each of the front edges of the first and second side panels with the respective front panel first and second side edges; wherein each nylon dowel connector comprises an elongated body having a midsection, opposing sides, and a plurality of longitudinally aligned truncated cone sections extending from the midsection being tapered towards the opposite side of the body.
DRAWER WALL
A drawer wall includes an opening arranged on a shell surface of the drawer wall, a movably supported cover portion which covers the opening in a closed position and unblocks the opening in an open position, and a spring element by which the cover portion is pre-stressed in an operating direction of the spring element in a direction of the closed position. The cover portion is arranged so as to be stationary in a direction parallel to the shell surface, and is movably supported in a direction approximately perpendicular to the shell surface against the operating direction of the spring element, and the cover portion is arranged within the drawer wall in all operating positions.
DRAWER GLIDE MECHANISM
A drawer glide mechanism can include a first elongate guide member, a second elongate glide member, a ball bearing component, and a v-notch socket. The first elongate guide member includes a distal end that is configured to fit within an opening in the v-notch socket. The drawer glide mechanism can further include one or more floating members and fixed members.
REMOTELY CONTROLLED CHEST OF DRAWERS AND THE LIKE
A generally square-shaped remotely controlled chest of drawers or a wall shelf having a structural main body and a set of electro-electronic mechanisms to safely keep hazardous and precious things and objects away from reach of children or unauthorized third parties. The main body and drawers are manufactured with MDF or MDP panels or similar material having a thickness of 15 mm to 18 mm.
The opening operation of the drawers is executed either by a hand-operated remote control or by an application software from a computer or mobile phone.
Opening operation is also made by a voice command
The mechanisms are built-in on the main body and include voice command, lighting, and sensors to manage and advise, by an alarm, lack of power in public energy network, humidity data, movement sensor and change of temperature by sending information to owner's mobile phone.
Symmetric tongue and T-cross
A set including a first panel, a second panel and a mechanical locking device for locking the first panel to the second panel, the mechanical locking device includes an insertion groove at the second edge surface, a flexible tongue positioned in the insertion groove and an edge tongue including a tongue groove, the flexible tongue includes a first locking surface and a second locking surface, the first locking surface is configured to cooperate with the tongue groove for locking of the first panel to the second panel in a first direction when the flexible tongue is positioned in the insertion groove in a first orientation, the second locking surface of the flexible tongue is configured to cooperate with the tongue groove for a locking of the first panel to the second panel in a first direction when the flexible tongue is positioned in the insertion groove in a second orientation.
ASSEMBLED DRAWER
An assembled drawer having a bottom plate, a rear plate, and two side plates; the rear plate and the two side plates are detachably installed on the bottom plate; the rear plate is connected to a rear side of the bottom plate, and the two side plates are connected to a left side and a right side of the bottom plate respectively, and the rear plate and the two side plates are connected to the bottom plate by engagement of fastening blocks into fastening grooves; the two side plates are fixed to a left side edge and a right side edge of the rear plate respectively through fasteners, and the rear plate and the two side plates are erected on the bottom plate to define a storage space on the bottom plate. The drawer has a simple structure and easy to assemble and disassemble.
ASSEMBLING MACHINE AND METHOD
An improved method for producing via a machine an assembled furniture item such as a drawer or box-shaped enclosure from individual panels is described. The method has the steps of holding a first and second panel so that these panels are spaced and parallel to each other; holding a third and fourth panel, in close proximity to the first and second panels, so that the third and fourth panels are spaced apart, parallel to each other, and on planes orthogonal to the lying planes of the first and second panels, and moving the first and/or second panel and/or third and fourth panels so that the edges of the first, second, third and fourth panels contact each other forming the drawer or box-shaped enclosure.
