ANTI-RS VIRUS N PROTEIN-RECOGNIZING ANTIBODY, AND IMMUNOASSAY METHOD AND IMMUNOASSAY APPARATUS USING THE ANTIBODY
Provided are an anti-RS virus antibody with high sensitivity and a test reagent using the antibody.
An anti-RS virus N protein monoclonal antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, which is characterized in that it reacts with peptides consisting of the amino acid sequences as set forth in, at least, SEQ ID NOs: 30, 39, 40, 69, 70, 74, 75, 83, 84, 100, 101, and 113, among 127 peptide spots produced based on the amino acid sequence of the N protein of an RS virus.
MULTIMERIC CORONAVIRUS BINDING MOLECULES AND USES THEREOF
This disclosure provides multimeric binding molecules that bind to a human coronavirus, e.g., MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV or SARS-CoV-2. This disclosure also provides compositions comprising the multimeric binding molecules, polynucleotides that encode the multimeric binding molecules, and host cells that can produce the binding molecules. Further this disclosure provides methods of using the multimeric binding molecules, including methods for treating and preventing human coronavirus disease, e.g., coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

The present disclosure provides humanized antibodies, including antibodies comprising an ultralong CDR3 and uses thereof.
Human antibodies to Ebola virus glycoprotein
The present invention provides monoclonal antibodies, or antigen-binding fragments thereof, that bind to Ebola virus glycoproteins, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibodies and methods of use. The antibodies of the invention are useful for inhibiting or neutralizing Ebola virus activity, thus providing a means of treating or preventing Ebola virus infection in humans. In some embodiments, the invention provides for use of one or more antibodies that bind to the Ebola virus for preventing viral attachment and/or entry into host cells. The antibodies of the invention may be used prophylactically or therapeutically and may be used alone or in combination with one or more other anti-viral agents or vaccines.
