MULTISPECIFIC BINDERS OF TGFBeta-SUPERFAMILY LIGANDS AND USES THEREOF
In certain aspects, the disclosure provides multispecific binders (e.g., ActRIIA:TβRII heteromultimers comprising an ActRIIA polypeptide and a TfiRU polypeptide). The disclosure further provides that such multispecific binders (e.g., ActRIIA:TβRII heteromultimer) may be used to treat various disorders or conditions.
APPLICATION OF PEG-INTERFERON AND PROTOONCOGENE PRODUCT TARGETING INHIBITOR IN SYNERGISTIC INHIBITION OF TUMORS
An application of PEG-interferon and a protooncogene product targeting inhibitor in synergistic inhibition of tumors. Specifically, provided is use of an active ingredient combination. The active ingredient combination comprises PEG-interferon and a protooncogene product targeting inhibitor, and the combination is used for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for synergistic treatment of tumors. The active ingredient combination can synergistically inhibit the growth of tumors (especially lung, stomach, breast and liver cancers) effectively, and can significantly reduce toxic and side effects, and therefore can be widely used in targeted therapy of the tumors.
Antigen Specific Binding Domains and Antibody Molecules
The present disclosure relates to an antigen specific binding domain which binds to RON (Macrophage Stimulating Protein Receptor or Recepteur d'Origine Nantais). The disclosure also extends to chimeric antigen receptors (and a cell expressing the same), antibody molecules (including full length antibodies and fragments thereof, as well as antibody conjugates) containing the antigen binding domains disclosed herein. Also disclosed herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the cells, antibody molecules as disclosed herein. The present disclosure also refers to the use of the antigen binding domains, the chimeric antigen receptors, the antibody molecules and the pharmaceutical compositions disclosed herein in therapy, more particularly in treating cancer. Also disclosed herein are radiolabelled antibody conjugates comprising the antigen binding domains as disclosed, and their use in methods of treatment or diagnosis.

INHIBITION OF THE VE-PTP PHOSPHATASE PROTECTS THE KIDNEY FROM ISCHEMIA-REPERFUSION INJURY
This disclosure relates to inhibition of the VE-PTP phosphatase to protect the kidney from ischemia-reperfusion injury. This disclosure also relates to conditional knockout of VE-PTP to protect or improve the renal function in ischemia-reperfusion injury. This disclosure identifies VE-PTP as a promising therapeutic target for renal protection in ischemia-reperfusion injury and proposes using small molecule VE-PTP inhibitor to bestow protection in the context of acute kidney injury.
COMPOUNDS AND METHODS TARGETING EPIREGULIN
The present invention relates to epiregulin antibodies, compositions comprising the same, and methods of making and/or using the antibodies and/or compositions thereof for chronic pain disorders such as chronic osteoarthritis pain, or chronic diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain, or chronic low back pain.

Methods of treating triple-negative breast cancer using compositions of antibodies and carrier proteins
Described herein are methods, formulations and kits for treating a patient with triple-negative breast cancer with nanoparticle complexes comprising a carrier protein (e.g., albumin), paclitaxel and a binding agent specific for a target antigen expressed by the cells (e.g., an anti-VEGF antibody).
AGGF1 immunogenic compositions
Certain universal neoepitopes and cancer specific neoepitopes and methods therefore are presented that may be used in immunotherapy and cancer diagnosis. Preferred therapeutic and diagnostic compositions include antibodies or fragments thereof that bind to neoepitopes on cancer cells.
