ANTI-INFLAMMATORY THERAPY IN ARRHYTHMOGENIC CARDIOMYOPATHY (ACM)
Described herein are, inter alia, methods for treating arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM) using anti-inflammatory agents that IL-1β.
POLYPEPTIDES COMPRISING IMMUNOGLOBULIN SINGLE VARIABLE DOMAINS TARGETING IL-6 AND TNF-a
The present disclosure provides a novel type of drug for treating a subject suffering from an inflammatory and/or autoimmune disease, and specifically rheumatoid arthritis. Specifically, the disclosure provides polypeptides comprising at least three immunoglobulin single variable domains (ISVDs), characterized in that at least one ISVD binds to TNF-α and at least two ISVDs bind to IL-6. The present disclosure also provides nucleic acids, vectors and compositions.
HUMAN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES AGAINST INTERLEUKIN 8 (IL-8)
Isolated human monoclonal antibodies which bind to IL-8 (e.g., human IL-8) are disclosed. The human antibodies can be produced in a hybridoma, transfectoma or in a non-human transgenic animal, e.g., a transgenic mouse, capable of producing multiple isotypes of human monoclonal antibodies by undergoing V-D-J recombination and isotype switching. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the human antibodies, non-human transgenic animals, hybridomas, and transfectomas which produce the human antibodies, and therapeutic and diagnostic methods for using the human antibodies.
ANTIBODIES AGAINST LIF AND USES THEREOF
Described herein are antibodies that target Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (LIF). Also described herein are uses of these antibodies for the treatment of cancer.
Proteins specific for BAFF and B7RP1 and uses thereof
Described herein are bispecific proteins specific for BAFF and B7RP1, nucleic acids encoding such proteins, methods of making such proteins, and uses for such proteins.
ANTI-IL-27 ANTIBODIES AND USES THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to anti-IL-27 antibodies, and antigen-binding portions thereof. The disclosure also relates to methods for treating or ameliorating one or more symptoms of a disease, such as cancer, by administering the antibodies or antigen-binding portion thereof. The disclosure also relates to methods for detecting IL-27 in, for example, a subject or a sample.
Methods of treatment using anti-IL-17A/F antibodies
The invention relates to therapeutic uses of antibody molecules having specificity for antigenic determinants of both IL-17A and IL-17F in the treatment of dermatological and rheumatological diseases, such as psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and axial spondyloarthritis.
Neutralizing monoclonal antibodies to IL-25 and uses thereof
Disclosed are compositions and methods related to IL-25 binding molecules.
Formulations for enteric delivery of therapeutic agents
Formulations containing pH-sensitive nanoparticles for the enteric delivery of therapeutic agents are provided. The nanoparticles include a pH-sensitive polymer that protects the therapeutic agent against degradation in the stomach and allows it to be released in the small intestine or colon. The nanoparticle formulation is particularly effective at protecting sensitive biotherapeutic agents from degradation when administered orally, and makes it possible to avoid administration of such agents by injection. Also provided are methods for producing the formulations, as well as methods of treating diseases employing the formulations.
IL-33 antagonist-containing therapeutic agent for endometriosis
Based on the identification of IL-33 as an exacerbating factor in endometriosis and adenomyosis uteri, a therapeutic agent for endometriosis and adenomyosis uteri has an IL-33 antagonist, which is capable of inhibiting the function of IL-33. The IL-33 antagonist is useful for treating, preventing or alleviating endometriosis and uterine adenomyosis uteri.
